Fili x Reader: For Thorin's Dismay

Hello lovelies! This one isn't a request, but it's for my friend as her birthday gift. I don't know if she still reads my fics, but i remember her telling me that she likes Fili. So i hope you all like this, and Jackie, Happy Birthday!!

Third Person P.O.V.

Fili was looking around, big smile playing on his lips as he ran. He ran through the gardens looking for this one special hobbit. Suddenly he heard footsteps right next to him and he jumped through one of the bushes, landing right on top of the (e/c) eyed hobbit he had been looking for. "Found you!" He chuckled as the girl beneath him giggled, her eyes closed and perfect smile on her lips. Fili looked at her for little while, before he leaned down and kissed her, stopping her giggling. 

You became quiet and kissed him back, wrapping your hands around his neck. Fili leaned to his elbows, trying to stay little above you. You opened your eyes as they broke the kiss, only to look into Fili's beautiful blue eyes. You then started giggling again, only making Fili confused. Smiling he looked at you, before asking. "What? What are you laughing about? Is there something on my face?" But you just laughed, before reaching your hand and took couple of leaves and branches from Fili's hair. "You had little something in your hair." You giggled little before pecking Fili's lips softly. 

He smiled down at you. "How did i ever meet amazing girl like you, (Y/n)?" You then stopped giggling, smile still staying on your lips. "Well, let's see, this old man that dresses in grey brought this punch of dwarves to my uncles door." You moved your hand to your chin and acted as if you were thinking. "And then i saw this amazingly handsome and lively dwarf walk in, carrying weapons and looking at me with such confidence, with little twinkle of mischief in his eyes." He smiled as he looked at you. "I knew right away that i wanted to get to know him better."  Then you smirked and got up from under Fili. "Oh yeah, of course you were there too." 

Fili looked shocked, but started smiling soon and got up quickly. "Oh no you didn't!" He shouted as he ran after you. You had already sprinted into run, smile blasting on your face, squealing little as you heard Fili's steps behind you getting closer little by little. When he caught you, he took hold of your waist and spun both of you around. Both of you were laughing when he put you down and turned you to face him. He took hold of your chin and lifted your face so that he could see your eyes. Suddenly his smile disappeared and he became rather serious. "I love you, (Y/n)." He then leaned down, kissing your lips softly. 

During the journey, you had dreamed of this for pretty long time, thinking 'what it would feel like to kiss these lips?' After the war ended, Fili had ran to you, scooped you up and kissed your lips. That moment had won all your dreams and made everything so much more special. As much as you knew it sounded very cliche, it was like fireworks exploding in your head. That was also the day he had offered you a rose and asked to braid your hair. Of course you had said yes, for Thorin's dismay, seeing that his other nephew married an elf and other one is going to rule the kingdom with an hobbit. Still you and Fili had told him that he wasn't one to complain, since he too was married to a hobbit these days. 

The day when Fili would be crowned the next king, was coming closer, but he wasn't too stressed out by it. Actually, it seemed like he didn't think of it too much, and neither did you really. No matter what, you were just happy with him, and actually, you were going to give him a little surprise today. 

Fili was looking at you, small smile on his lips, as you came back from your thoughts. "What?" He just chuckled and shook his head. "Nothing, i was just looking at my beautiful wife to be." You blushed and your eyes widened. "What?" You whispered and Fili only smiled, before letting go of you and stepping little back. "(Y/n) Baggins, i wish to spend the rest of my life with you, and i wish for you to be my queen when the day comes." Tears ran down your cheeks as you looked at him kneeling in front of you. "(Y/n), will you do me the honor and marry me?" That signature smile resting on his lips, he looked into your eyes, his blue ones shining in anticipation. 

You just nodded. "Yes!" Fili got up and kissed you, before he slid ring to your left ring finger. After that he kissed you again, this time much more passionately. He put his hands on your hips and gripped them slightly tighter. You smiled into the kiss, before taking hold of his robes and bringing him closer to yourself. After you broke the kiss, he leaned his forehead against yours and looked into your (e/c) eyes. 

You then took hold of his hand and giggled softly. "You know, i also have one thing to tell you." Smiling you took his hand and put it on your lower stomach. "We're going to have little feet running around here soon." Fili looked at your stomach for little while, before this big smile spread to his lips. "Really? We're going to become parents?!" Smiling you nodded and he then hugged you tightly. "Mahal! I'm going to become a father!" He laughed and kissed your lips before he hugged you again. "We have to tell uncle and Bilbo and everyone!" 

Giggling little you kissed his cheek and whispered to him softly. "I love you, Fili." He wrapped his hands around you and kissed the top of your head. "I love you too."
