Pippin x Reader: From The Moment I Saw You

So this one, once again, is mostly about the time when they got back from the journey. Enjoy ^^

Pippins P.O.V

I can't wait to get back to Shire. Oh how I have waited for this. I wanna get to see everyone. Especially one person. (Y/n). Her perfect smile, her beautiful (h/l), (h/c) hair and her shiny (e/c) eyes. I have always had feelings for her. Not that I would have told her about them. But when I heard that Sam was going to marry Rosey I just new I had to tell her. I really need to.

"So how are you gonna tell her?" Merry came right next to me with his pony. "I don't know yet, what if she found someone. What will I do then?" Little by little I felt how panic and worry grew in me. "You have nothing to worry about. She couldn't forget you, believe me. I know her." Frodo smiled to Pippin.
(Y/n) was Frodo's sister. That's how Pippin got to know her.
He remembers it like yesterday.

~FLASHBACK~

Third person P.O.V

"Come on Merry! Let's go see the new hobbit." They were running to the Bags End when they saw black haired boy running outside the house. They were just going to go say hi when little, (h/c) haired girl came out of the house chasing after the boy.

"Come on Frodo! Please come back! You know I can't beat you at running!" The boy just laughed and came to the girl. "Okay. I promise I won't run again." The girl smiled and that's when Pippin froze. He couldn't take his eyes off of the girl.

Merry noticed that his friend had went quiet. That doesn't happen often. "Pippin? Pip are you still there?" He didn't get response so he followed his gaze to the girl and grinned. This was going to be fun!

"Hey Pippin... I think I like the girl... I'm gonna ask her out!" This got Pippins attention. "W-w-what? Y-you sure? You never know what kind of person she is. W-what if she's like really horrible?" Merry tried so far not to laugh at Pippins reaction.

"Well I think that's impossible, she looks so cute and small. And her smile is so gentle. I think she can't be bad." Pippin felt tightness in his chest as he watched her smiling, cheerful face and thought of what Merry had said. "Well I think otherwise!"

Merry had to get away from Pippin or he would not be able to keep himself together any longer.
"Well what are we waiting for? Let's go say hi!" As they started to walk Pippin felt so nervous and so many thoughts ran through his head. 'What if she likes Merry? What if she for some reason starts to hate me? What if-'

"Hi! I'm Merry and this is Pippin! We live near here and wanted to come say hi!" Frodo came to the gate smiling. "Hi! I'm Frodo and this is my sister (Y/n). Nice to meet you two." Merry watched Pippin from the corner of his eye and saw how the poor boy couldn't take his eyes off of you. What he didn't expect was that he saw how you were looked at Pippin from behind your brother.

"Well do you two wanna go play something?" Frodo nodded. "Frodo... don't we have to ask uncle Bilbo first, if we can go?"
"Oh... yeah... would you please go ask?" You nodded and went inside.
"So Pippin... you gonna stare at my sister this whole time or are you gonna say something too?"
"W-w-what? Oh sorry..." Pippin started to plush like crazy when Frodo and Merry started to laugh.

"Uncle said we can go!" You came running from the house and hugged Frodo.
"Okay... so what do you wanna do?" Merry asked and we all started to think. "How about hide n seek" Pippin suggested.
"Okay with me!"
"Yup!"
"Okay!"
"So who is going to count?" Everyone started to look at Merry.
"Really guys?!... okay..."

Merry started to count and Frodo left running somewhere. You were really confused where to go. Suddenly Pippin just took your hand and started to run down the road. When you two were far enough you dared to ask him.
"Where are we going?" "Somewhere where Merry will never find us." At the moment you didn't even care where you were going. You just hoped that the boy in front of you wouldn't turn, because you knew your face was really red. But little did you know so was Pippins.

Pippin was right about the hiding place. Merry didn't find you but nether of you cared. You two just staid there and talked about almost everything.

So time went on and you four became really good friends and you got to know Samwise. He became one of your best friends too. You five crew up together doing everything together, so when all of them left you felt really alone.

~FLASHBACK ENDS~

"So Sam... How are you going to ask her? Rosey I mean?" Pippin asked really wanting to know how his shy friend was going to do it.
"I don't know... I might just go and ask her out." Frodo patted Sams shoulder. "It's gonna go well!" Merry was encouraging.

Pippin wasn't in the conversation anymore, all he could think of was the fact that they could see their home from the next corner.

Your P.O.V

You were so scared, you thought you could split in two. Last time you had heard from Frodo was when they were at the city of kings, he had sent you a letter. And you were really scared that something had happened. Of course you waited to see all your friends again and your brother, but there was one that you waited to see more than the others. That one was Pippin.

You had told only one person about your crush for the little hobbit. That person was your brother, he had known about your crush almost from the moment you had met Merry and Pippin. Even if you hadn't told Frodo he would have know about it because you were really easy to read.

You were sitting in your living room, reading some fantasy book that Bilbo had gotten to you for your birthday couple years ago.

Suddenly someone knocked on the door. "Coming!" Who could it be? I haven't forgot anything now have I? No I don't think so.

You opened the door and saw something you have feared you would never see again. You cover you mouth with your hands and tears start to stream down your cheeks. "Hello my lady. I'm back!" Pippin says happily and opens his arms. You don't hesitate for a second, you jump to his arms and hug him as tight as you can. He hugs you back with same way and you two just stay there for a moment hugging each other.

He let's you down and looks into your (e/c) eyes. He takes your hands to his, never averting his eyes from yours. "(Y/n) Baggings, I have loved you from the moment I first met you. I literally couldn't take my eyes off of you before your brother and Merry said about it to me. So will you please give me the honor and let me court you?"

Tears had started to stream down your cheeks again and all you could do was nod. Pippin took your face to his hands and leaned in, giving you gentle kiss that was full of love and adore. The kiss turned into more heated and needy by passing seconds. After little while you had to brake the kiss and get some air to your lungs.
"I love you Pippin.... i too, loved you from the moment I saw you."
Pippin smiled and you two shared another passionate kiss.
