He raised a thick eyebrow at me, as if my silence wasn't good enough for him. There was such a vast amount of authority surround him, I felt almost compelled to answer. But he was nothing more than still a very determined stranger and I had no idea who he was, I didn't need to answer to anyone.
"I gotta go." I pointed behind me while giving an awkward smile, before gently prying his arm away.
He didn't seem to like that all too much, the look on his face was practically hilarious. As if he's never been told 'no' a day in his life. He had more than a thing coming if he thought I was gonna fall behind him, especially cause his status meant nothing to me. His reputation that's going around, maybe. But his status of being this star wasn't nothing.
"You declined my backstage pass, why?" He released my arm, unhooking his gloves whilst his team slowly formed up behind him.
They were all tall and dark, I felt intimidated. But I was definitely not going to show it, I raised my chin and crossed my arms at him. He should know about boundaries and when not to cross certain ones.
"I don't know you to be accepting offers from you, sorry." I shrugged as if it didn't really bother me, but that was a damn lie.
He smirked, looking to the side and passing his gloves over to some guy in a grey suit. That had his eyes trained exactly on me. "But you can accept the front row tickets to see the fight?" He was obviously playing a game that I wasn't interested in partaking with him.
"My friends sort of accepted them for me, I didn't." I made sure that was very clear, he took the hint but did nothing but continued smirking at me with a sinister look within in eyes.
I switched my eyes forward and he couldn't help but to be amused. I rolled my eyes and before I could open my mouth, my friends walked over.
"What are you doing?" Taylor commented, holding onto what appears to be her boyfriend.
"Nothing, I'm just asking you friend if she wanted to join us. But she has better things to do." Zayn gestured with his hands, folding them behind his back.
"You do?" Erica and Taylor both asked at the same time. I scoffed at their fail to remain with the program, I could feel my conscious practically kicking myself inward to even think they would help and talk me out of this.
"I just wanted a simple conversation with you." Zayn shrugged, not looking away from me at all.
I nodded, looking behind him and seeing a line of people waiting for him. "Your fans want your attention." I pointed out.
"So?"
"So?" I repeated with a surprised voice, raising my eyebrows. "You don't wanna give your attention to your fans?"
"I could. But you're standing here and have it right now, once we establish that you'll agree to meet up with me then I'll give it to them." He glowered at that comment, almost as if it was his best work he's ever done. I wanted to roll my eyes at him, but kept myself from doing so.
"Enjoy your fans, they are the ones who keep giving you money." I made my last comment before turning around, I gripped Erica's arm pulling her away with me. I looked back and he nodded at me, giving me acknowledgement before turning to the people awaiting on him.
I let the doors close shut before turning towards her, she just laughed at my face and shook her head. I groaned before leaning against the wall. "One question, why?"
"You need to have some type of fun and you don't have to drink to do it, it's perfectly fine going out and besides. He's cute." She pointed out that specific fact, as if it made the entire situation better. Even though he was a bit attractive, I still didn't find it logical to go out with him.
