BTS - Jungkook

"Jungkook!! Jungkook where are you!" I shout into the empty practice room.

I've been looking for Jungkook for the past 30 minutes and this is the 4th room I've checked.

The boys called saying Jungkook had been feeling down lately and so I decided to surprise him. That is, if I could find him of course.

I made my way up the stairs to the roof. As I opened the door I saw him. He was leaning up against the wall with his eyes closed. I silently walked over and sat down beside him.

"Rough day?" I ask quietly.

He opens his eyes at the sound of my voice. "Y/n what.... what are you doing here?"

"I wanted to surprise you, but I couldn't find you anywhere. The boys said you haven't been answering your phone. What's going on?" I say worriedly.

"It's nothing. Really."

It sounds like he's trying to convince himself more than anything.

"It's fine, you don't have to tell me if you don't want too." I reply.

"It's just, I'm scared I'm not good enough for you." Jungkook whispers looking at the ground.

"What? Why would you think that!"

"Well, I'm not funny like Taehyung or caring like Jin. I'll never be as talented as Jhope or as handsome as Jimin. I'm nothing."

"That's not true!"

"Yes it is. I'm ugly and my nose is too big. I'm cold and distant. I can't dance well and I can't talk to people."

"Jungkook, stop."

He looked up at me and I could see the tears that were threatening to fall.

"First of all, you're not funny like Taehyung, you're funny like you. Jungkook, you show how much you care in your own way. With flowers and surprise visits. Whenever I get sick you always come over and make sure I'm ok."

I could see a smile starting to grace his lips.

"You may not be able to dance as good as Jhope but that's ok because Jhope has been practicing longer than you have. Don't feel so bad, you are a great dancer." I say giving his shoulder a small pat.

"As for good looks, Jeon Jungkook you are the best looking guy I know. You beat Jimin 10-1. But don't tell him I said that." I giggle.

Jungkook smiles and his cheeks turn pink.

"You are beautiful and I love your nose." I say planting a small kiss on the tip of his nose.

Jungkook engulfs me in a hug and rests his head on my shoulder.

"I love you jagiya." He says quietly. "I know I don't say it often enough but I love you."

"I love you too."

Ok I feel like I should make a quick comment about what was said in this one-shot. I in no way, shape of form believe any of the things I wrote. I also apologize for not including Namjoon or Suga, I was not leaving them out because I thought they were untalented. I just needed to get a point across. Also, I don't know how many of you caught the things Jungkook said in bangtan bombs or other shows but he puts himself down a lot. He would repeatedly say he wasn't good enough or handsome enough so these are his words, not mine. He is under so much pressure to be perfect because of his nickname "the golden maknae". So please guys, don't add to his problems by holding him on a higher pedestal.
