I wrote like 9 entire pages of lined paper front and back over the course of a few months only to scrap it because I forgot an important character element and it wasn't very good anyway
I feel like I wasted all this effort in writing the FIRST. CHAPTER. of my original story and now I'm restarting for like the fifth time...
I mean I'm actually TRYING to write something and I'm able to write random one-off oneshots, but never what I need to. Sure it's good for getting used to writing characters but then I'm not even writing in the correct POV or anything and everything about them just feels sloppy...
Maybe I'll post those oneshots, but they might not make sense since they all take place in the second half of my story's timeline, where a lot of things have happened and there's a whole lot of stuff to be explained and yeah...
I can't even get the main story done because I'm using several different media to tell my story. The main story would/will be a YouTube Minecraft series (because I want to do it in video and that's the easiest way to tell this part of the story) and then for several of the other major characters I want to go and do side stories for them, so like I'm trying to write (and keep scrapping) one when I'm in school and I want to do a comic for another set of characters
Not to mention that before I can really focus on my original story I have to finish Rogue and Rebel!
IDK I guess this is like a mini-rant about me struggling to get a grip on my writing skills
I think the reason I've been so screwed up recently is that we're making moving preparations since I'm moving back overseas (or to where I'm supposed to be from? Since TECHNICALLY I'm living overseas now but IDK anything about Muricaland and I've lived in Europe most of my like) so yeeeaaaaaahh insecure teenage girl who doesnt know anything except for negative stereotypes and news to join them for 3+ years doesn't exactly help stress levels
OK I need to shut up now
