Normally I could understand this if there was a grocery store decently near my house (more like the woods a ways away from my house)

Seriously, who and where did this shopping cart come from?!?!?!
It's like a 20 minute walk from where I found this to the closest grocery store
And they don't let you take your cart outside the parking lot
