My oldest Cielizzy child, Charles, hates her. They're around the same age (Sylvia's older) and she just gets on his nerves 24/7.
She works part time (when she's older) in the collection department. Will hates her because she's half demon, Ronald loves her because she carefree. She slacks off like Grell, yes, but when she does her job she gets it done.
So yeah.
