"Can't we just go home already," Scarlett whined to one of her body guards as she looked in the mirror.

She went to get her makeup done then also got her hair done because her mother scheduled appointments for her. Her hair was in a half up half down style that had curls and she also had a small golden tiara like accessory. Her gown was white with lavender tulle material, a laced torso, and a v neckline. She wore gold earrings that had small diamonds and had on a pair of nude heels that had ribbons wrapping around her ankles.

"Sorry, kid, but you'll have to wait to see your boyfriend. Should've sent your baby brother instead, huh," the tall guard said and she shook her head.

"You're only two years older than me. You can't call me kid," Scarlett glared at him.

"You act like a kid."

"Do not!"

"Do too!"

"Do not!"

"Do t-"

"Fen-ge! Fan-ge is being annoying," Scarlett yelled, hoping the man child would hurry up and finish whatever he was doing.

"Both of you stop that," the oldest yelled just as Scarlett's laptop rung on the table in their suite. Scarlett picked up the bottom of her dress and quickly made her way over. She nearly tripped, but grabbed the edge of the table, steadying herself and hit accept.

Within seconds a group of boys were revealed, all squeezing onto the screen.

"Scar, we can't see you," Justin said.

"Okay, hold on," Scarlett said grabbing the laptop and made her way back to Bufan. "Hold this?"

"Why?"

"Because you're tall and I want to show them my dress," she shrugged and shoved the laptop into his hands. "You know, you'd make a good tv stand."

"I will drop this."

"Anyways," Scarlett laughed a little as she looked at the screen. "Can you guys see me?"

"Yup," Nongnong said, popping the p. The other boys nodded their heads slowly as they stared at the screen.

"Wait, where's-"

"Have you guys seen my wallet? I can't find it," Yanjun's voice said in the distance.

"Yanjun, look for your wallet later. Come talk to me," Scarlett pouted, missing him. Yanjun slipped some of his shirts into her luggage so she could sleep with them. It helped with her nightmares, but it just wasn't the same without hugging him.

"Hold on! I need it so I can buy a ticket and fly over there! There's going to be a bunch of men trying to take what's mine."

"Yanjun," she giggled while the boys looked highly amused all except for Justin who had his eyes narrowed at someone behind the screen.

"You do look very beautiful, Scar," Xukun smiled.

"Thank you," she blushed.

"Who's party are you going to again? There's so many people Dad associates himself with, I can't keep up," Justin ignored the others.

"Andrew Carreria. He's Daniel Carreria's son...he came to our house a long time ago. You probably don't remember-"

"Andy? He has a massive nose and his moms British, right?"

"Never mind. You remember," Scarlett nodded fixing her hair. Her eyes flickered to Bufan who shook his head and she gave him a sorry smile before taking her laptop in her hands.

"Yeah, he came over while we were having our build a fort contest which I won," Justin said thinking back at the time in triumph.

"Um...last I checked we won and yeah, I remember him too. He had a crush on you," Chengcheng claimed, pouting.

"Did not. He kept making fun of me."

"That's a guy saying he likes you," Zhengting added.

"Well he's a nice guy now," Scarlett shrugged and Yanjun went silent.

"Yeah, he still probably likes you," Ziyi nodded his head.

They aren't making this easy for Yanjun.

"Yanjun," Scarlett called, waiting to hear his voice. She heard a couple thuds and guessed he went upstairs to look for his wallet.

"YANJUN! GET DOWN HERE! YOU'RE BROKE AS HELL, YOU CAN'T BUY A TICKET WITH DUST," Linkai yelled while the others snickered.

"Alright, kids. I think that's enough time to show up fashionably late. Let's get going before all the good food is taken," Qin Fen said walking out of his room.

"Food," Zhangjing repeated, making Scarlett burst into laughter.

"Alright," she said after calming down. She looked at the screen, but Yanjun wasn't there. "Tell Yanjun I'll call him after the party. Give him a kiss for me, okay?"

"Eww..."

"I will," Zhangjing smiled and Scarlett grinned.

"Alright. Goodnight, guys. I'll see you tomorrow. I love you."

"Love you, Scar," they all said together and with that, the call ended.

"That was interesting," Bufan commented.
