Yuri!!! On ice Oneshots (Various x Reader)

[Requested] Yuri Plistesky x Reader

Where it's raining outside and (Y/N) suggests a movie day))

"It's raining a lot isn't it?" Yuri mumbled against his arms as he leant on them, facing the window as the rain trickled down the glass pane. I laughed as I gently hugged him around his neck, "good observation love." I joked and kissed the back of the blondes head as I turned to the couch and sat myself down.

Yuri turned towards me with a pout as he leant against the chair. "Well we can't go outside then! That sucks." Yuri whinged as I shook my head at him. "It's a blessing in disguise Yuri." I told him. He was silent for once, and I turned to look at him. Yuri looked genuinely upset about it raining. His eyebrows were knitted together and his eyes were glued to the floor.

'Oh the poor sweet innocent child.' I thought to myself as I sat myself up. "Ok what about this? Instead we can stay inside and have a movie day. Would you like that?" I asked him- waiting for him to answer. Yuri looked up to me and then gave a small shrug as he stood from his seat. "Ok then.." he mumbled.

I went to him and gently pinched his cheeks in an affectionate way. This caused a slight smile on Yuri's lips to form as he looked down at me with love in his eyes. I turned away and walked toward the kitchen. "I'll put some popcorn on and then we will make a fort out of the pillows and blankets alright?" I shouted from the kitchen.

"Oh damn sounds legit." Yuri said as he laughed from the lounge room. I popped the bag of popcorn in the microwave and pressed start before going back to Yuri as he sat looking through movies. "What about a scary one?" Yuri suggested and I shrugged before going back to the kitchen, "whatever suits you~" I grabbed the popped bag and emptied its contents into a bowl before adding salt and taking it into the lounge room, a small pack of soda underneath my arm.

As I sat them on the coffee table I leant against Yuri as he looked through the movies. "Which ones have you found?" I gently hummed to him and he let out a hum before replying. "I like the way this one looks." Yuri held up a movie and I nodded as I stood up and started building the fort. "Sounds good~"

- Time Skip-

The fort was built, and was nice and roomy for us. There was enough room to fit the both of us as well as a space for the popcorn and drinks. The movie was set up and I pressed play as I cuddled against Yuri. He smelled nice and soothing, a scent that calmed me down entirely.

The movie started and I smiled against Yuri as I began to watch and gently put popcorn in my mouth.  It was buttery and a little bit salty- just the way I like it. Yuri gently sipped on soda as the movie progressed through.

Yuri and I laughed with one another, jumped in the frightening parts and cried during the moments any animal was remotely injured. It was just the way we both were with movies you know?

I enjoyed all the time I got to spend with Yuri that day, his company as my boyfriend was something I always loved having even if it was something as unamusing as a movie. The rain was calming as well, I enjoyed the silence that I heard from the outside world (besides the rain of course) and Yuri seemed to have completely forgotten how upset he had been bofore.

One the movie was finished I yawned and stretched my arms out gently. "That was a good movie." I mumbled as I rubbed my eyes gently. Yuri chuckled and leant up, placing his lips on my forehead, "it was a better movie since you were with me~"

((Eeeeek it's short I know, but I hope that the requester has enjoyed!! I think that short and cute is the way to go~
