You stayed home everyday waiting for someone to maybe knock on your door. The mailman never had and you wondered why. You always got a bunch of mail but it was through the slip of your door and then he would run away. "Do I really look that scary?" You would ask yourself facing the mirror. Your ears and tail would twitch and wiggle but nothing you thought was to scary.
You would see a boy with his guardians one whom you particularly liked, the taller one of all of them. They would never see you in your house, but you could always tell that to boy had said not to go over to yours because it was haunted. "It is not haunted!" You would keep telling yourself. "I'm the only one here!"
Soon oh realized he was talking about you being the ghost and you had kept watching them, mainly for the woman you were fond of. She would never spot you, or even hear your cries. One day there was a magical knock on your door. You ran and answered it slowly. No one was there. It was clearly a ding-dong ditch. Except it was a knock at the door. You sighed and closed the door again knowing that no one knew your face but soon, maybe, it was all going to change. Because they would find you dead. And then they would all realize there great mistake.
