Amethyst x reader

(I dont know why it took me a long time to realize I forgot Amethyst. Oops!")

"(Y/N)!" You hear Amethyst call out to you in panic. "Ye-" "WATCH OUT!" She pushes you out of the way only to be poofed by a gigantic rock. "Amethyst!" You cried out and picked up her gem. Pearl and Steven came over and they didn't have much of a reaction. "She'll be back before you know it (Y/N)." Pearl assured you.

~LE time skip! To two days after!~

Amethyst still hadn't come back. "She's sure taking her time in there." Garnet finally commented. Or at least the first thing you had heard about it from her. You slouched on the couch and held her gem. It was your fault she'd poofed. And you hated it and yourself when she wasn't there. What's taking you so long Amethyst! I need you please...
You hadn't done anything since she poofed. No eating, drinking or sleeping. All you did was stare. Steven was beginning to get worried about you. "Come on (Y/N)...  you have to at least eat something! I don't want you to kill yourself." "Steven I'm fine. I fast all the time just because... " was the first thing you had said all day. "Please (Y/N)... you have too..." he shook your arm. Your hair covered your eyes all the way around so he couldn't see your tears. "No Steven. Plus I'm not hungry." You tried your best not to get upset but let a little tone slip. "I'm sorry..."
"Don't apologize Steven. It's my fault. I... I just need to focus." And with that Steven left you alone to cry some more. You looked at the gem every now and then to make sure she was okay. You just now noticed why she wasn't coming back so fast. Her gem had been cracked as well. "Steven! Amethyst's gem is cracked!" You shouted. You set the gem on the table. Steven came down from his video game. "Did you squeeze it to hard?" "No Steven. I promise I didn't. It's right there." You pointed to the slightly deep crack. He used his magical spit and the crack healed up perfectly. He still couldn't see your eyes directly, which for you was lucky because you didn't want him to see the wreck you were.
You were always perfect on the outside but whenever you were alone you were devastated.
Soon Amethyst came back and you were the first one she greeted. "Couldn't stand to have me gone for a short amount of time?" She joked. You hugged her tightly. "No I couldn't. And it's been two day."
