Third person's POV

You found yourself in a bit of a bind as Himawari pointed out the bags of clothes, cinema tickets, and money that you had acquired during your recent encounter with Naruto.

You let out an awkward laugh and scratched the back of your head, trying to come up with a plausible explanation. "Well... you see, I happened to stumble upon a great sale at the mall, and these clothes were just too good to pass up. And as for the cinema tickets, it was a lucky draw they were having, and I won them," you explained with a forced smile.

You reluctantly accepted Naruto's offer of cinema tickets and listened as he continued to pile more items on you. Bags of clothes for disguises, and even money. His words weighed heavily on you, and you couldn't help but feel a sense of guilt for accepting so much.

"Oji-san..." you began, but he cut you off with a determined expression.

"It's the least I can do after you lost your father," he insisted, his eyes filled with a mix of sorrow and regret.

You hesitated, torn between your gratitude for his kindness and your reluctance to burden him further. Finally, you gave in. "Fine... we'll go tomorrow then," you mumbled, earning an enthusiastic cheer from Naruto.

As he handed you the bags, you couldn't help but be touched by his generosity. You knew that he, like your father, was trying to make things a little easier for you during these difficult times.

"And here are some money, clothes to disguise, and..." Naruto began to say, but you interrupted him with a gasp.

"Oji-san!"

"Okay, okay!" he relented with a sigh. "I just hope I can meet my children again..."

You looked at him with a mixture of sympathy and gratitude. You understood the pain he was going through, and you were thankful for his support.

You sighed inwardly, your heart heavy with the weight of the secrets you were keeping from your friends. Naruto's overwhelming kindness had put you in a difficult position, and lying to your friends, no matter how noble the reason, didn't sit well with you.

"I got that from the French teacher!" You forced a laugh, a pang of guilt tugging at your conscience. You knew that the lie was necessary to protect Naruto and the others from potential danger.

Himawari raised an eyebrow in surprise, and Boruto fixed you with a suspicious gaze. The idea of a teacher giving you money, cinema tickets, and clothes didn't seem plausible to any of you. After all, the French teacher wasn't exactly known for her generosity. Her stern demeanor and strict grading had left a lasting impression on all of you.

A tense silence hung in the air until Boruto decided to break it. "Really?" His voice held a hint of doubt as he examined the bags. It was clear that he couldn't reconcile the idea of the French teacher being so giving.

Sarada, however, opted not to pry further into the matter, perhaps sensing that there was more to the story than met the eye.

"Okay," she said, breaking the silence. "So we're going today?"

You thought you detected a trace of concern in Sarada's expression. Despite the lie, you appreciated her understanding and support.

"Yeah, I'll tell the others about it," you replied, eager to shift the conversation away from your suspicious windfall.

Heading to Boruto's room where the rest of your friends were occupied, you found Inojin, Shikadai, and the Uchiha brothers engrossed in various activities. Itachi seemed excited about the prospect of watching a movie, while Shikadai, ever the pragmatist, couldn't help but question the source of your gifts.
