“Can you just call me Mavee? Ma. Venice is such a long name! Besides, nobody calls me that.” She pouted.
“I’ll call you whatever names I like. But if you are really comfortable with Mavee, then I’ll call you that. Ok, Honey?”

Napaka sweet talaga ng lalaking ito kahit sa simpleng gestures, di ba siya aware? Sobrang yaman na, sobrang gwapo pa, napaka sweet pa.
Tapos na silang kumain, kailangan pa raw nitong bumalik sa opisina dahil marami pa itong pipirmarmahan. Paalis na sila ng makita nila si Manang Meng.
“Nagustuhan mo ba ang niluto ko Mavee?”
“Opo Manang, ang sasarap po lahat.”
Craig was playing with her hand. Nakakainis naman, ito yata yung pangalawang time na magpapanggap silang magkasintahan sa harap ng ibang tao, the first time around was in front of his ex gf.

Aba! Di naman pala ito ganun kasuplado, ang bait nito kay Manang Meng.
“JC, iho, alam mo namang malakas ka sa akin. Saka, yayain mo namang madalas ang girlfriend mo rito. Ipagluluto ko kayo ng mga paborito ninyo.”
Mavee blushed, paano ba naman, Craig’s hand is on her waist already. “Sige po Manang, ayaw kasi ni Mavee ng Japanese restaurant.” That was a private joke between them.
