Harry is basically rambling on about something. I was paying so much attention to how good my food & my wine was to know what he was actually saying. Why am I noticing I have been doing that a lot lately. I'm a terrible friend. I gotta start being present .

"So that's why I'm  tell you this now. Are you going to be ok?"

"What do you mean you can't go" I question. Literally what just happened.

"I'm not going to Hawaii with you guys. I'm going on a trip to Fiji with Kendall."

What the actual fuck?

Well I suppose it's his loss. He's going to be bored. Harry will get bored quickly with someone when it comes to taking trips.

"So you are going alone somewhere with Kendall? Are you guys a thing?" I question

"Well, it's complicated. I'm not sure yet of what I'd like to make of her.....wait I swear I've told you about this, have I not?"

"I thought you did but then, I heard a rumor about her & you. We hung out those times & I thought she was just to be  there. Forgive me I just haven't really been in tune to anything of what's going on around me"

Harry then just didn't say anything. I guess I made him feel bad. I don't care I'm just being honest.

"So we won't be together on your birthday.....we take a trip faithfully your birthday week & we are getting kicked to the curb over someone you don't know the stance is in your life? That's what I heard? My ears aren't messed up are they" I said then I took a sip of my wine.

"No, it's not like that, & you know it"

"Ok, well have fun with Kendall" I said nonchalantly.

"What?! How do you go from 100 to 0 that fast?" Harry asked me laughing & so confused

"What do you want me to say? All I have to say is our guest of honor won't attend its own function. We can have fun still without you" I said lightly as possible without any attitude

"I would have invited her on the trip but Lacy doesn't want her to be there"

"Well a happy lacy is a happy life." I said

"What do you think about the situation?" He asked me.

"I don't know much to be honest. I guess my question is what is so different than last time?"

"She's matured a lot since then "

Harry struggled to add more substance to the answers he gave me to my question.

"Ok" I said

"Don't say that . I know when you say ok that just means that it's not ok"

"What i think isn't going to change where you are with this. Just know I will support you whatever you decide because it's your life & we are friends. All I can say is be careful. I'm not sure how genuine those people are, I don't know them personally but there are somethings I do know. Am I happy about you being involved with those people no. But it's not about me, it's all about you & I would just say is keep your eyes open & be careful. I know you very well. I know you have your mind made up. So that's all I can say"

"I need to keep you & Gemma away from each other. You both are just way too much "

"Well we are just saying what's real"

"I know"

"It's gravy though. It's your birthday & you do what you want. We will enjoy your birthday in Hawaii"

"I'm sorry Bunny" he said calling me by my nickname. He hasn't called me that in so long. Aww he feels really bad.

"I know" I said

"I love you very much."

"I love you too.....I hope you never forget that.....there's nothing you can do about that"

"I won't & I know" Harry said then he got up from
the couch.

"I have to go. It's getting late & I need to make another stop. Thank you for dinner it was just phenomenal as always. I'll see you before you guys leave ok"

"Ok, I will walk you out" I said

I walked him to the door. He turned to me.

"Don't think for a moment I'm ignoring anything you are saying. I'm listening. I am going to be careful. I know you guys have my back. I don't question that"

"Good. That makes me happy" I said

Harry kissed me then gave me a hug.

"I'll talk you later"

Then he was off. I hope this little thing ends sooner rather than later.
