Chapter 6

KAYLAS P.O.V

I walk back out of the bathroom and sit on the couch.

"Let's watch a movie." I suggest happily.

"What one ?" Brandon asks also looking happy with the idea.

"Pitch perfect two?"I suggest excitingly.

Everyone agrees and we sit down,turn on Netflix and watch pitch perfect 2.

GRAYSONS P.O.V

Suddenly something hits my shoulder.Kaylas head.I think she fell asleep.I look at her,she looks so peaceful.I try my best not to wake her up.
The movie ends and she's still asleep.

"Hey Grayson , since Kaylas on your shoulder bring her up to her room.When you come back you can help us clean up." Cameron smiles , picking up some cups.

I move slowly off the couch and stand up.I put my arms under her legs and back.I lift her up bridal style and walk slowly up the stairs with her.

I put her arm around my neck for her comfort and push the door lightly with my foot and it swings open softly.

Luckily not hearing a bang I walk further in and place her softly on her bed.Taking my hands out from under her,I place covers over her.

I tuck her in and I can smell her perfume.Smells good.

I tip toe out of her room and close her door as slowly as i could.

I walk back down the stairs silently and help the guys clean up.

Once we finished cleaning we plan out where we're sleeping.

"I'll sleep in the spare." Cameron dibs.

"Ethan can sleep on the mattress in Brandon's room and Grayson.... If You sleep in KAYLAS bed I will hunt you down.You stay on your own mattress,on the floor,away from Kayla." Cameron continues very seriously.

"We should also switch every like two days or every day." Brandon suggests."and by switching I mean you and the twins." Brandon looks at Cam.

"Deal." Me and Ethan say in unison.Honestly we are used to this.

"Okay fine.But wear deodorant
Before bed I don't want guy sweat in the beds." Cameron makes a weird sour looking face.

"Are you sure you have a penis?cause you act like a girl." Brandon laughs.

"Bran.Dont be rude." Cameron says in a high pitched voice while flipping his imaginary extensions in his hair.

"What am I friends with?" I laugh shaking my head.

"Wait Grayson has friends?" Ethan jumps in.

"You know for my brother your not a very nice one." I glare at him.

"But I'm your twin." He laughs patting my back.

Don't kill the child.Dont kill the child.

We all walk upstairs quietly and get mattresses for me and Ethan.Cam helps me with mine and Ethan's probably with Brandon.

"How long are we staying here for ?" I ask Cameron.

"3-4 weeks hopefully."he replies.

"We ever coming back?"

"Yeah,I couldn't go 6 months without seeing her.I know I sound like a boyfriend kind of thing but we're not like that.She just needs someone to love her and I'm honored to be that Person but I can't be that Person for her.She needs someone to be here and stay here.All I want is for her to be happy.Im just protective of her,and I plan to stay that way.Shes been through so much."

"Like what?"

-flashback- (Cams POV)

"I -- I -- I can't do this anymore." She cried helplessly.

I run over to her and I see so much blood.My eyes well up.

"I tried Cam.I tried to be strong.But I'm not.IM WEAK."she sobbed.

"Kayla you are strong and beautiful and independent."I cried.I sat closer to her and held her in my arms.Its so hard to see someone break right I front of you.

"We need to bandage you up." I say while wrapping a scarf around her wrists.

So much cuts.So deep.

"Kayla,I promise I will never leave you but you need to stay awake okay." I watched her eyes.The little sparkle stopped shining.

She turned to me.

"I'm sorry."
