I still remember the day I couldn't recognize myself in the mirror.
It wasn't just about the weight-it was the exhaustion, the lack of confidence, and the constant feeling that I had lost control of my own body. Walking up a flight of stairs felt like a workout. Wearing clothes I loved felt impossible. Deep down, I knew something had to change.
But change didn't come overnight.
At first, I tried everything-random diets, skipping meals, intense workouts I couldn't sustain. Nothing worked. Or worse, I would lose a little weight and gain it all back. That cycle was frustrating and honestly... discouraging.
