You knew what was going to happen the minute you saw those eyes.
"I'm sorry." Hong Ki said with his head silghtly dropping.
Tears rushed out of your eyes the minute you heard those heartbreaking words.
You shook your head and consoled yourself. "O-oppa... What's wrong?"
"________, I can't stand this any longer, really, let's just break up." Hong Ki sighed in disappointment, not meeting your eyes.
"Oppa..." you mumbled, cressing his face.
To your disbelief, Hong Ki hit your hand away forcefully, almost causing you to lose your balance. You glanced up at him one last time as you cried and let him leave you reluctantly.

Hong Ki had married and divorced over the years and you yourself, nah, you did not even get married. You still loved Hong Ki, he was your all. You would not love anyone but him, Lee Hong Ki. Your heart fluttered when you saw him on the variety show. You found yourself smiling like an idiot as you got engrossed in the show.
"Erm... I want to ask a rather sensitive question..." the host said, hesitating.
"It's alright, go ahead." your heart hammered when you heard his voice, still as sweet as before.
"You just gained your freedom a month ago, didn't you?" the host asked.
"Yea." Hong Ki laughed as if it was nothi.g
"So do you plan to get married again?" the host asked.
"Hmm..." Hong Ki hesitated and thne stared right at the camera. "It depends whether she forgives me."
Your heart almost stopped. Was thay sentence for you? Hong Ki, he still loved you? You felt your lips curve into a soft smile as tears filled your eyes.
"Who's that huh?" the host teased. "Any hot babe?"
Hong Ki laughed. "Nah, she's a very sweet and cute girl, the first girl that I laid my eyes on."
Tears wet your face in happiness. He meant you, Hong Ki was sending the sentence straight to you.
The doorbell rang and you went to fetch the door. Your face lit up at the sight of your ex.
"Hong Ki..." you mumbled.
Hong Ki knew you had seen the show. He smiled as you wrapped your arms around his body.
"I never blamed you...so there's no reason why I should forgive you." you sobbed, burying your face in his chest.
Hong Ki smiled and wrapped his arms around your tiny waist. "I'm sorry...but I won't leave you again."
You shook your head and closed your eyes.
