Intro: If you had told me one year ago that the new Dragon Ball Super movie would not just have Broly as the main villain, but also that I'd be shipping him with someone, I'd have laughed right in your face. But here we are.
Proof: Well, I think it's pretty obvious that Cheelai is utterly smitten with Broly from almost the exact moment she laid eyes on him. And if not then, it was when she got to know him, and realized that she had an adorable buff puppy on her hands. She is furious when she finds out how Broly was raised and managed to free him from that burden of a shock collar (also inadvertently almost screwing over everyone, but I love it).
As for Broly, Cheelai is the first humanoid friend he's ever had. While there's no signs of a romantic interest in her (he probably has no idea what romance even is), she is a solid example of the type of woman that male Saiyans are attracted to. She's basically Space Bulma.
In summation, Cheelai is the living embodiment of the meme "I've only known him for a day and a half, but if anything happened to him, I will kill everyone in this room and then myself."
What I think: Seriously, if you haven't seen this movie, please do. I love this movie to death, and I went from being impartial to Broly to cherishing him in the span of thirty minutes. Beautiful animation, solid characterization, Broly being an actual character, and so so much more. Above is also TeamFourStar's spoiler review for the movie, and it pretty much sums up what I think of it. Yes, it's an hour long video, but it's worth it.
