Intro: Now to tick off two sets of shippers at the same time! You might remember seeing this in the "almost ships" chapter, but since then, I have hopped on this ship, never to look back.

Proof: I originally wondered why this ship existed, but then I began to look further into it. And I noticed some small things that really convinced me. You see, Tokka shippers always refer back to the episode "The Serpent's Pass". However, other than that episode, any other episode after that showed little to no signs, other than Toph clinging to Sokka's arm when riding Appa.

However, I have reason to believe that, while I wholeheartedly admit that Toph had a crush on Sokka during Book 2, she got over him in Book 3 and began crushing on Zuko. The first example is Toph believing Zuko when he wants to join the team. Now, most would chalk it up as her believing him because she can tell when someone is lying. But keep in mind, in the previous episode, she witnessed Azula, Zuko's own sister, resist this ability. Toph has no reason to believe that Zuko wasn't pulling the same trick. But she believed him anyway.

The second example was during "The Ember Island Players". Toph was the one comforted him when he became depressed. She punched him in the arm, saying that's how she showed affection, something I've only seen her pull on Sokka... during Book 2.

The third, as well as the most famous example was during the "Sozin's Comet" three-parter. When Aang went missing, the group split up to look for him. Toph volunteered to go with Zuko, grabbing his arm, saying it was her turn to go on a life-changing field trip with Zuko. All while saying this, Zuko was blushing. Keep in mind, this is the only time Zuko has blushed in the entire series. Not even with Mai. Toph was the only girl that made Zuko blush... think on that.

What I think: Like I said before, I was kinda skeptical about jumping on this ship, but hey, now I'm on

What I think: Like I said before, I was kinda skeptical about jumping on this ship, but hey, now I'm on. And no amount of Zutara or Tokka fans are gonna be able to pull me off. For that is the fandom way.
