Intro: Aaaaaaannnnd preparing myself for a massive amount of hatred coming my way...
Proof: The entirety of The Winter Soldier can be seen as proof, the two had more chemistry with TWO lines of dialogue in Age of Ultron more than Nat and Bruce did through the entire movie, the funeral scene in Civil War, AND the fact that they do get together in the comics at some point and have a kid (who is named James by the way).
Plus, the Cap and Sharon relationship only makes slightly more sense than the Bruce and Natasha one.
What I think: I only recently found myself liking this, even though I really liked it when I first saw Winter Soldier in theaters. I guess it sorta died for me when I saw Age of Ultron, but I guess that funeral scene in Civil War sparked a tiny bit of hope for me and I researched into it.
Oh, and it also helps that Chris Evans himself approves.
