Something Neptune had actually been dreading, until he saw you sitting in the corner, your (E/C) eyes immediately catching his attention.

You didn't have to look my way, your eyes still haunt me to this day.

But you did... Yes you did.

He slowly makes his way over to you and you look up at him with a small smile, him introducing himself to you and you said his name slowly to make sure you got it right.

You didn't have to say my name.. Ignite my circuits and start a flame.

His eyes widened slightly when you did, and a small yet noticeable blush crept up his cheeks as he stood there speechless.

His kept the blush as he looked you up and down, taking in your appearance in detail before mumbling out a compliment about your dress.

You raise an eyebrow as you wait for him to say something, a blush also tinting your cheeks as you wondered what he'd do, smiling slightly.

You didn't have to smile at me, your grin's the sweetest that I've ever seen!

You hold out your hand for him with a smile, asking him to dance as he blushes even darker.

He leads you out onto the dancefloor, moving one of his hands to your waist as the other held your hand. You smile at him shyly and place your hand on his chest gently.

He closes his eyes as he dances, a small smile on his face as he twirled you around, a quiet laugh escaping your lips.

You close your eyes and Neptune immediately blushes, seeing that you were happy dancing with him made his heart skip a beat.

He sighs when the song finishes and looks at you sadly, not wanting the night to end. He only gets a simple kiss on your cheek in before your friends sweep you away to dance with you.

He watched you go with a sigh, still feeling slightly empty when his team came over to congratulate him.

He frowns when you walk out, shaking his head sadly before turning away in defeat.
