y/n is looking at the captain america exhibit, before a guy with blue eyes catches her attention

she turns around and gasps, there is steve rogers, captain america

y/n doesn't want to draw attention to him so she moves onto the smaller exhibit of bucky barnes

this definitely wasn't her first time in this exhibit

she absolutely loved buck barnes and thinks he was underrated

she lets her eyes skim over the already memorized words, smiling to herself

she senses someone in there with her, making them the only two in that exhibit

she turns around and gasps

it's bucky barnes, himself

his metal arm is covered and his head is slightly down, letting his hat cover his face

he gives her a small nod as she blushes and smiles widely

she slowly makes her way over to him, not wanting to startle him

"hi, i'm y/n and i-" she stops, controlling herself "sorry, i'm just a huge fan of you"

he smiles, surprised "of me?"

she nods, blushing "you are by far my favorite"

he blushes "every time i come here, there is no one here"

she nods "same thing happens to me, but i don't mind it"

he looks into her sparkling eyes, not believing that she's standing in front of him

"i um... would you like to get something to eat?" he asks, nervously

cursing at himself for being so nervous

she nods, giggling

he smiles widely at her as she offers her hand

he places his right hand on hers, engulfing her small one

"did you know steve is here?" she asks, quietly

he nods "i guess i should find him and tell him where i'm going"

she nods, happily letting him lead her wherever

they walk to the captain america exhibit

y/n squeezes bucky's hand when she spots steve in the corner

they walk over to him

he looks up at them and smiles once he sees their intertwined hands

"i guess this is a good place to pick up girls" steve says, laughing

y/n smiles and nods "i found this one in his exhibit"

"i'm her favorite" bucky whispers to steve, blushing
