i gasp as i see my boyfriend walk through the door

he smiles at me and instantly jumps on the couch next to me

i pull him into a hug before pulling away and peppering his face with kisses

he laughs "well hello to you too"

i smile and stop "why are you home so early?"

his face drops "i'm not needed"

"really? there's nothing to do?"

he shakes his head "no, i'm not needed as captain america"

i furrow my eyebrows in confusion

there is no way that captain america isn't needed

"what do you mean baby?"

he sighs "tony can do it all himself. he doesn't need me. he's iron man"

"and you are captain america. the greatest superhero of all time"

he smiles lightly "i'm glad you think that baby"

he places a kiss on my forehead and smiles "so what are we going to do today?"

i shake my head "no, you can not just put yourself down like that and expect to get away with it"

his smile drops "but it's true, y/n. i'm not needed. plus iron man is more evolved"

"you became a superhero when the world didn't even know what a superhero was. you are a world favorite. of course you are needed"

he smiles, looking down into my eyes

"i guess you are right. thank you, baby" he whispers before placing his lips on mine

i smile "you are so welcome, steve" 

an idea crosses his mind as he picks me up and carries me outside

i don't realize what he's doing before i am being held over the pool

"steve don't you dare" i warn

he smirks "sorry baby"

and with that, i am dropped into the pool

i get out and shrug, slowly taking off my shirt and shorts, leaving me in my bra and underwear

he looks at me and bites his lip

i jump in, smirking

when i surface, i see him frantically stripping down to his boxers

he jumps in next to me and pulls me under by my leg

i open my eyes underwater and see him smiling at me

i flip him off and swim to the surface

when his head pops up, he smiles "that wasn't very nice"

"and neither was throwing me in the water"

he nods, agreeing

i watch as he stands at the shallow end of the pool, the water gently moving around his belly button

his abs dripping wet

i watch as he takes his right hand and combs his hair back with his fingers

before looking at me with those eyes that match the color of the water

he smiles, flashing his pearly white teeth

"what are you looking at, babe?" he asks

i blink out of my trance and swim over to him, eventually being able to stand in front of him

i reach up on my tippy toes to connect our lips

he instantly leans down to me, allowing me to stand on my feet, wrapping his arms around my body and pulling me close

our tongues battle for dominance, ending with him winning

i let his tongue roam my mouth as one hand is stuck in his hair and the other is on his chest

i let both my hands roam down his chest and onto his abs, as i feel his kiss become more urgent

i let my fingers roam lower as they rest on his hips, teasingly

i then move them down to his bulge, making him moan into the kiss

he suddenly pulls away

"right here?" he asks, moving his swollen lips as he talks

i nod, smiling

he attaches his lips to my neck as i let out a moan
