Riley Hopper's life wasn't exactly 'normal' to begin with. Despite the fact that Riley hasn't uttered a word since she returned home, she must rely on the kindness and skill of complete strangers to find Will and rescue him before he falls prey to the Monsters that haunt her mind. And in the process, Riley finds out that this alternate universe isn't the only battlefield she's going to have to face.
