Haha! Now you understand the guide's words! So you introduce yourself '저는 □□ 입니다.' and you thought you are good to go when the guide says. "저는 한국에서 태어났지만 태국에서 살아요. □□ 씨는 어디에서 태어났어요?" OMG... what is she sayin???

저는 한국에서 태어났지만 태국에서 살아요.
Ok. 저는 came out again. And we see 한국 and 태국.
한국 is korea.. 태국 is Thailand! Right. Now.. what are those thingys?

태어났다 (te-eo-nat-da) means born. Remember 갓태어난 아기? Just born baby. 태어난 is born.
지만 (jii-maan) means but.

살아요 (saal-a-yo). 살? Age? Nope. This time it's a verb. It means live.

So put it together. I am korea born but thailand live. Being born is past tense. Meaning the helping verb changes to was.Soooo
저는 한국에서 태어났지만 태국에서 살아요.
I was born in Korea but I live in Thailand.

□□ 씨는 어디에서 태어났어요?
Ok. 태어났다 again.
어디에서 (eo-dii-eh-seo) means where.
(ssii) you probably heard this in kdramas. It's like saying Mr/Mrs/Miss.

복습
저는 한국에서 태어났지만 태국에서 살아요. □□ 씨는 어디에서 태어났어요?

Btw □□ is your info :)

So you reply..
"저는 □□에서 태어났습니다."
습니다 (seub-nii-da) is the same concept as 입니다.

Now you don't want her to keep asking in Korean... so?
Can you speak English?
English was 영어.
할 수 있어요? (Hal-soo-it-seo-yo) means Can Do. Speaking is a Do (action)
End Result =
