Keeping tab of how I'm faring with my 2026 learning journey. Hopefully this journal will help keep me going, remind me of why I even started this, of my desire to actually achieve something by the end of 2026.

Marble Elsnook ,with a life as clean as slate, hadn't quite recognised what she'd gotten herself into. But now that she was stood face to face with Cole Whittaker, knee deep in the chilling seawater of Oaken Bay, chest heaving, blood sprayed across both their faces, she knew she'd been corrupted. His life on earth soon takes a backseat however, as in a moment of disaster, Kane quickly finds himself washed up on the beaches of yet another unfamiliar land; all in a bid to retrieve his lost friend, he must now traverse these foreign lands, both for his and his dear friends sake. They will soon discover that nothing is as it seems however, as much like the land they had rescued, so too is the land here ridden with a rot spirits such as themselves were born to fight. Kane will discover many things on his journey, the intricacies of spirits; the complexity of the world around them; the awe inspiring scenery they find themselves surrounded by; but most importantly, they will discover what the one familiar face at their side truly means to them, through tragedy or otherwise. But as night falls, Aru will realise something. If it starts with a storm. So too will it end with one.

This book is just a collection of stories that take place throughout Vella's life that I really wanted to explore and share. My advised order to reading these books is: Against the Odds (which has gotten a big update since posting this), The Lost Padawan (this book), Against the Way (Book 2), and finally Unnamed Book 3
