Listen. One of my most favorite powers involves telekinesis. Manipulation using the mind is a very cool concept. It's one of the reasons the psychic-type is my favorite in Pokémon. So writing the Kais is also fun.
Now in the anime and manga, this isn't showcased much. Telepathy is the most common thing. Perhaps my favorite thing. Being able to communicate using your mind is very cool.
It started with Lugia.
I remember this scene vividly, and I haven't seen this movie since I was a little kid. But seeing Lugia smile while gently talking to Ash is so cool.
But Lugia is still a legendary Pokémon and you don't piss off legendary Pokémon
