it has been a couple of years since the first wave of 'angels' appeared...y/n a survivor of the first wave had hunkered down in a town that was supposed to be a safe haven but that all changes when one of the angels is able to go through the force field keeping the angels out. since then life in that tiny town was chaotic as people were missing and having the police have reports of people with their jaws able to reach their chest and how they look like their lost friends and family...y/n was one of the people that worshiped the angel and he was able to strike a deal with him. that being you will be the angels right hand man meaning you will infiltrate human villages and report back to the 'angels'and they would send by human language doppelgangers to make those humans be killed by their M.A.D to be able to not be considered a devil but if those kill they turn into what y/n calles them....shadows. Cover art belongs to it's respective owner as it did not say. so whoever made the cover is the person/people making these and I'm only using them as cover tops. Also the Mandela catalogues and murder drone's belong to their respective owners and I don't own anything that has a picture in this book. 07/22/2023: wow did not know this was rated number 1 on rated PG-13 wow never expected this but alas this is being cancelled as I have zero motivation for this book so there is only the prologue or introduction to what was supposed to come but it never happened as it only stopped on half of the chapter of chapter 1 but thank you to the people that voted or something that put this in first place for that and I'm really sorry for you to hear this but what I have said is the truth this series is done just going to be a giveaway for anybody to take but thank you the readers for taking y'all's time to read this terrible book.

We can't change it, we can't do anything better. We just have to sit there and let life kick us in the ass or fill us with happiness. Although there are people's lives out there, that life is complete hell, and doesn't remember what life was when it was good. Some people take the chance they can and just run, run well they still have what they have. Run when they can't let anymore be taken from their lives. Now though is when the system is cracking down on people that are running. Two friends that only have each other and their books decide to run away together before they lose each other. On their way though they have to run away from rabid dogs sent by the government, people trying to hurt them, and uncertainty in the world. They don't know if they can take it, but they do know that as long as they have each other they can do it. Along the way, they meet a group of 4 people that are so close there like family. They have to conclude that if they join they'll be outcasts, or join and survive with people their age and make a family. They just don't know if they can take any more loss, but are they willing to put that on the line? Are they willing to potentially lose each other on the way to survive?
