All alone, all we know is haunting me, making it harder to breathe.
Walking into a house of silence wasn't a very good thing in Mike Wheeler's eyes. He looked around the familiar living room, dining room and kitchen downstairs. No sight of his wife. But the sniffling made him drop everything in his hands.
"Y/N? Y/N baby where are you?" he called out while walking slowly further into the house.
More sniffles, more sobs, "Mike?"
"I'm home baby. Where are you?"
She stepped into the doorway of the kitchen. They were so excited for it to change to a family kitchen.
"Why are you crying baby?"
Mike held Y/N's hand tightly, almost like he was preparing himself for bad news. And it was bad. "The babies Mike," the tears in her eyes kept creeping out, "their gone Mike," tears pricked his eyes, "I had a miscarriage."
He couldn't do anything else but pull her into a tight hug. Tighter than other hugs they've ever shared between each other.
"We can get through this baby. I promise you."
(I'm really sorry that this is so bad and so short. I've been dealing with somethings at the moment <3 )
