The Ghoulies

"What the fuck are you doing here?" Sweet Pea asked irritated, he was probably mad because Fangs interrupted us in the middle of our... "Talk".

"I'm so sorry if I interruped anything" Fangs said as he looked at me, I understood that he could see what had been going on before he came. My hair was messy and my makeup was smeared all over my face.

"It's fine, now tell us why you're here?" I replied and crossed my arms.

He quickly looked over too Sweet Pea and said.

"It's the ghoulies"

I'd heard about the ghoulies before but I didn't fully know who they were. The only thing I knew for sure was thet they meant trouble.

The look on Sweet Pea's face changed from mad to nervous.

"What? What'd they do?!" He said loudly as he grabbed Fangs by his shoulders.

"They attacked Toni and now they're keeping her hostage on their territory" He said and removed Sweet Pea's hands from his shoulders.

The look on Sweet Pea's face was a look I'd never seen before. It was like the world had crashed down right infront of him. I didn't know who this Toni girl was but seeing how Sweet Pea reacted when he heard about her being kidnappad made me really jealous. It was horrible news but if she means as much to him as Archie meant to me, then I don't know what I'll do. Because if that's the case, than I'll never be able to get his attention when she's around.

"Fucking hell" Sweet Pea mumbled as he looked down on the ground clenching his fists so hard they turned red.

Fangs was the only serpent I had ever known, except for my dad and Jughead of course. He was the only one my dad let me hang out with. Mostly because my dad knew his dad and they often came to our trailer for dinner. He was a really nice kid and he cared about me a lot. He was inlove with me last year and when he told me I rejected him. I did so because we were to close and I didn't want to ruin our friendship. He wasn't really my type either.

"What are you even doing here El? I didn't know you knew Sweet Pea" He said and looked as confused as he did when we first opened the door and he saw us together. '

"I was just hanging out with him" I said, I was a good liar but I still knew that Fangs understood what had been going on. It was too obvious.

"Ok but we gotta go" He replied and looked at Sweet Pea again, he was so quiet and he was staring down at the ground. I knew he was thinking about Toni and that made me incredibly jealous.

"Sweet Pea come on man we gotta go!" He now screamed in his face. Sweet Pea finally looked up at him and then at me.

"Shut up" He replied still looking down at me.

"Sweet Pea" I said and took his hand in mine

They both stayed quiet just looking at me waitning for what I had to say.

"I'm coming with you" I finally said and looked at Fangs.

"No way! I care about you way too much to put your life in danger" Fangs replied.

" She's coming" Sweet Pea answered and looked angrily at Fangs.

"What? No! She will get hurt" Fangs replied defensively.

"I don't give a fuck about what you think, she's strong as fuck and she can help us save Toni's life. Ok?" Sweet Pea screamed back and looked at Fangs who was now looking down at his feet.

"We don't have time for this!" I said interrupting their fight.

They both looked at me with surprised looks.

"She's right Fangs, if we wanna save Toni we gotta go. Now." He replied and gave me a small smile.

Fangs nodded and got in his car motioning with his head for us to get in as well.

"We'll take my bike" Sweet Pea replied to his motion.

"OK, just follow me. I think I know where they've taken her" He said and shut his door. He then started his car and slowly backed out.

I put Sweet Pea's helmet on and I slid my arms around his waist once again. It was the most amazing feeling, holding him and pretending that he was mine for a second. I knew what we did in the cabin could have meant nothing to him, I hope it meant something though. It did too me at least. I knew the moment I kissed his lips that I wanted him to be mine, forever. I realized I was falling inlove with him and I was terrified.

Before we drove off I checked my phone, I had 2 missed calls from my dad and a couple messeges from both himself and Jughead. I could tell by the way Jughead's texts were written that dad had made him send them. They weren't written in his normal way of wrighting. They were so diffrent from his usual style. It made me sad knowing that he didn't care about what happend to me back at the meeting. He wasn't the brother I used to know, this family fued had made him different, in a very bad way.

We drove away from the cabin and back into the southside. We drove past all the usual houses and run down buildings until we came to a part of this side of the town that I had never been to. It was even worse than the normal parts of the southisde, every window on every house was broken. It was a horrible view and I didn't believe the southside could get any worse than where we were living. We stopped outside a big factory looking building.

"Come on I know they're in there" Fangs said and nodded against the door.

Sweet Pea started to walk towards the door but I quickly grabbed his arm and pulled him back.

"Are you sure we should go in there by oursleves?" I asked and squeezed his arm.

He smiled and pushed my hair back a bit, then out of nowhere he kissed me. As we pulled apart I couldn't help but smile. Him kissing me was a sign that the things that happened in the cabin actually did mean something too him.

" Of course not" he said as he help my chin up. And just as he said that three bikes pulled up behind me. I turned around to see three other serpents, one being Jughead and another my dad. The last one was someone I hadn't met before but he looked to be the same age as my dad, I didn't know from where but I did recognize him.

"El?" My dad shouted as he took his helmet off.

I didn't look directly at Jughead but I could feel his eyes on me.

"Dad" I said in a cocky tone.

"Don't talk to me in that tone young lady!" He replied as he grabbed me by the arm, I was quick to pull it away and I grabbed Sweet Pea's arm instead.

"El I can't believe you, what are you doing here. I've told you to not socialize with the serpent members!" He said as he took a step forward, I took a step back.

"I don't care daddy, I'm old enought to make my own decisions and if Jughead can hang out with them then I can too!" I almost screamed in his face.

"Why'd you run off like that earlier today?" He asked trying to switch the subject.

I felt my jaw drop as he said that, did he seriously not understand why I left the meeting? I was screamed and booed at for being a woman, how did he not understand that?

"Are you fucking kidding me dad?" I heard myself say. I knew my dad hated when I or Jugehad swore ,it was one of his few rules in the house. No swearing and no serpent visits.

I didn't get an answer though, he stayed quiet and just walked past me. I didn't understand why I got all the shit. I literally hadn't done anything wrong.

"Let's save our girl" I heard him say and I felt Sweet Pea realese my grip. I stood there looking down at the ground when Jughead and the unknown man walked past me and into the building with the rest of the guys. Hearing my dad calling another girl "They're girl" Was heart crushing. I had also realized who the man was. It was the guy who had screamed at the meeting. The one who said he wasn't gonna have a woman as his leader.
