In the beginning, Namjoon opens with the dialogue for Briar's short film
"i sacrifice myself to the life of my loves , to be there for them in sickness and in health"
What this means is Briar made it her job to care for the boys or "her loves." to be there for them no matter what, in sickness or in health. like wedding vows.
"but you cannot sacrifice yourself to me , for i am not worthy"
She wants nothing in return but for them to be happy, but she forgets about her own happiness.
She thinks she's not worth of happiness, her only purpose in life is to look after her boys and her family.
She doesn't want them to sacrifice anything for her, because she feels that she isn't worth the love. Earlier in BTS' debut years, Briar had issues with learning to love herself
(But with the help of her boys and ARMYs, she overcame the insecurities)
"my purpose was to sacrifice and save , for i have failed you , my loves"
This line is the most heartbreaking. She feels as if she's failed the boys. In this instance, fans believe that she blames herself for Jimin's diet situation, Namjoon and Hoseok getting hate for their looks, etc.
Inside sources say that she was heartbroken when Jimin fainted onstage, she wouldn't let him go and always stayed by his side
Briar felt like she had failed her loves , her boys
briar is shown holding stars in her hand and counting them in English
Briar counting the stars is a way for her to distract herself. She's trapped in the old room, not being able to get out for some reason
ARMYs have reason to believe that the stars have something to do with their next album

Here's where things get a little weird
Briar feels when the boys are at war or unsettled and all the boys are confused and going through things but she's stuck "counting the stars"
Thus she's blaming herself because she can see these visions but is stuck and cannot help them
But how is she stuck?
That's what we're trying to find out
briar is then seen walking towards the mirror and putting her ear to it as the scenes then change again, flashing quickly
the first flash shows the burning piano from yoongi's short film ; first love
the second flash shows jungkook holding a drawn picture of a girl in his short film ; begin
the third flash shows taehyung is being beaten by an invisible force in his short film ; stigma
Briar is having visions of the boys in their troubled times
Some fans believe that all the boys are dead and it's just briar who's alive and she couldn't do anything to save them so she lives in guilt
Replaying over and over in her mind how they died
But this theory was cancelled out
Yoongi's burning piano represents his first love dying. People believe that his first love was supposedly Briar
Jungkook is shown holding a drawing of Briar he drew himself, but if you look closer, her eye has paint over it
Which gives more proof that Briar can see visions
Taehyung is seen getting punch and beat by an invisible forced
Since Taehyung supposedly killed his father, he continues to bully himself
Calling himself a monster and a murder, thus beating himself down
briar then pulls the mirror off the wall, causing it to break into pieces
Briar can't handle the guilt and pain. The fact that she believes her loves are hurting and it's her fault
She couldn't protect them
briar then turns around to see a glass full of pills (placebos) from hoseok's short film ; mama
a scene from hoseok's short film ; mama is shown
a scene from jimin's short film ; lie appears on screen
it's silent for a moment as the beat then popped , loudly
a scene from jungkook's ; begin is shown of him crying
As I said before, Briar is continuing to have visions of the boys worst moments that she wasn't there for
Guilt was eating her alive
Briar is then shown dropped into water , not fighting , embracing the death that would supposedly come to her
Briar didn't know what else to do so ARMYs believe she tried to end her life by drowning
This is why in the Run music video , Jimin in the bathtub is so important
He's holding a picture of Briar in his hand, ready to attempt what she couldn't finish
Which means Briar was somehow saved but Jimin still had no purpose, wanting to go out how his bestfriend wanted to go
Briar was just about ready to give up until she realizes that someone else is in the water with her
She swims around as her and someone else's arms reach out to grab each other but the screen goes black
ARMYs believe that the man she was trying to grab onto is Taehyung
In their music video Run, you can see Taehyung is trapped in water throughout the music video
And at the end of the music video he looks out into the distance or into the camera , meaning that he saw Briar
