Sometimes there are good villians and then there these sad excuses.

These are my picks for the Top 5 Worst Cartoon Villians.

Note: if you like these characters that's okay this is just my personal opinion.

5) Dr. Hamsterville (Lilo and Stitch):

I'm sorry a Short Annoying Voiced gerbil is not a good villain.

Oh Wait Hamster! I forgot he is Hamster-like. Yes I had to. Honestly I can never take someone who is like a foot and a half tall saying he wants to take over the universe. Honestly Angelica from Rugrats is more intimidating than This character.

4) Gideon Gleeful (Gravity Falls):

Again, cant take Serriously as a bad guy, and that's going to be a recurring theme here sadly. Especially since in the final episodes he pretty much went from bad to meh, why meh, he really did much but then again, we wouldnt know since STAN MUCKED UP THE ZODIAC!

3) Dr. Doofenshmirtz (Phineas and Ferb):

I swear of I had a dollar for every backstory, inator, self destruct button, or anything else wrong with this guy, I would have enough to buy a Annual Pass to Disney.

Oh right I banned Slanty Word Guy. Anyway, Doofenshmirtz is probably one of the worst villains ever. Serriously even if he take over the Tri State Area the governments of each state would arrest him instantly, he really wasn't considered a villain, he was more of a guy who had a messed up life until the finale. Basically he's just a guy who pretty much had a really crappy life.

2) Ludo (Star Vs the Forces of Evil):

Lie I is almost like Doofenshmirtz, but minus the whole Crap that makes Doof, Doof. I actually never really consider him a bad guy, I consider him an annoyance. A lot like some one else I will mention in a minute. But for now, lets deal with the fact Toffee is superior to him.

1) Ice King (Adventure Time):

More Annoying than Ludo! Ice King is a freaking annoyance, honestly he tops Sheldon Cooper from The Big Bang Theory on my annoying character list. Serriously, he gets in the way of Finn and Jake when they were trying to stop the Lych. He kidnaps Princess Constantly. Serriously I hope he dies in the finale. By the way I if he doesn't I will do a fansubmitted Top 5 Suggestion, I will write it in stone people.
