Chapter 12: Agreement

Sonic's Pov:
"I don't believe you!" Tails exclaimed his eyes still widen. "Yeah, where's the evidence?" I chimed in trying to defend Rookie. Gagdet couldn't possibly be acting like Ira...could he? "Have you idiots been noticing my behavior when I was still evil?" Ira said a bit annoyed.

"Of course, we have that's like the most important thing we've ever observed here!" I said throwing my hands in the air. "Calm down and think about my behavior..." Ira said gently putting my hands downs. Once my arms were to the side both me and Tails closed our eyes.

We thought back to the war which really isn't a pleasant thought to think about. Infinite could be described as...cold-hearted, mean, determined, self-conscious, and evil. I reopened my eyes and so did Tails, we looked at Ira. "Alright think about Gadget's current behavior." Ira instructed sitting down against a wall.

We both closed our eyes yet again letting our memories and thoughts consume us. Gadget during the war was scared, determined, kind, hard working, and just plain cheeful. Now he acts mysterious, angry, nervous, and now as Ira describes him, lifeless. Once again, I reopened my eyes looking at Ira with a sadden look in my eyes.

Although they're not the exact traits, I can still make them relate to Infinite's traits. "Now do you see what I'm talking about?" Ira asked getting up, his arms crossed. Me and Tails both nodded as we all made our way downstairs. "We best let the others know.." Tails suggested to which me and Ira nodded.

We went into the main room of the resistance base, where almost everybody was. "Alright everyone attention please!" I said with my louder tone of voice. Once everyone looked at me, I cleared my throat and began to speak. "Infinite here our new found friend has made a discover which me and Tails can agree on." I announced.

A few whispers were heard in the room but I continued either way. "He has made the point with Gadget's current behavior is the same with his evil self's behavior. I mean compare both their behaviors guys! We must keep a good eye on Rookie especially once Gears is awake." I finished waiting for a least one person to disagree.

"Sonic, I'd like to say that we're glad that you noticed." Amy spoke up. "I agree blue, Rookie seems a bit of a threat now." Rouge added on. "So we promise to keep an eye on him and report anything new." Sliver said as well. "Thank you for agreeing and you're all allowed to call me Ira. It's my real name." Ira chimed in.

"Well thanks for bringing it to our attention!" Knuckles said walking over to Ira. It's nice to see Ira getting along with everyone.
