I woke up to the sun beaming in my face then turned my head and yawned. I saw that it was a cover over me so maybe Liyah felt bad for leaving me down here shivering. I removed the comforters and sat up on the couch. It was quiet as hell in here and I never stayed over without Aaliyah so I'm not sure what to do or where to go.
That was until I saw Rashad walk into the living room with food "You finally up huh?" He chuckled "You got a plate waiting in the microwave too"
I rubbed the sleep from my eyes "Who cooked and where everybody at?"
"My mama made a lil something before she headed out with my niece" He smacked on his food "And liyah left to go to the studio like thirty minutes ago" I just nodded my head "What made you end up here last night?"
"I had a situation with my car so I crashed here for the night" I said not trying to go into detail.
He didn't care anyway though, he was too focused on his food.
I needed to stop at my place and freshen up, but I really didn't feel like walking or catching a bus.
"Aye you can do me a favor?" I asked and he raised his eyebrows "You mind giving me a ride to my apartment after you finish eating?"
He nodded his head "Yeah I don't mind"
"Cool" I said then got up to go and get my plate from the kitchen.
After we were both done eating he rode me over to my crib then left. I quickly hopped in the shower and changed clothes. While brushing my hair I called my brother Dalvin, he still doesn't know what the hell happened.
Dalvin : Yoooooo?
Devante : Aye lil bro I need you to come pick me up from my place.
Dalvin : Why? Where the hell ya car at?
Devante : Look I 'll explain everything when you get here, just hurry up, I have to go and see kong.
Dalvin : Aight I'm on my way.
He said and I ended the call.

"They jumped me, pulled out a gun, and stole my fucking car!" I semi yelled "These niggas gotta be dealt with one way or another" I shook my head "This was just like last time and I had my DAUGHTER in the car with me, let's just thank god I didn't get the same treatment then"
Kong nodded his head while cracking his knuckles "Do you know these guys? You know where ya car could be?" He asked.
"I didn't know not one of em" I chuckled trying to stay calm "It's crazy how I don't know these people but everybody & they mama know me, as if what we're doing isn't top secret"
