After doing a few interviews today I was free to go and do whatever. I had my personal driver take me to go and get Sariyah from daycare for a little surprise. I haven't bought my own car yet but what's the purpose if I'm basically escorted everywhere?
"I'm here to pick up Sariyah Swing" I told the lady at the front desk.
"You can just fill this out while I go grab her from the back" She smiled handing me a pen and paper.
As soon as I sat down to start writing my phone went off. I pulled it out and of course it ginuwine. I smirked and shook my head, answering it.
Aaliyah : What's up G?
Ginuwine : What's up with you? I haven't seen you in forever and you act like you can't give a nigga a call.
Didn't he just see my two days ago?
Aaliyah : Umm I'm sorry? I been busy and tired.
Ginuwine : I understand, so what you up to today? What we doing?
Aaliyah : IM going somewhere with the family, not that its any of your business.
Ginuwine : Damn rudeness
We both laughed.
Aaliyah : But look I gotta go, I'll call you later.
Ginuwine : Alright and don't forget cause I will pop up on you.
He chuckled but I kind of believed him, the way he's been acting who knows.
Aaliyah : Bye.
I shook my head and ended the call. After I finished singing my baby out I returned the pen and paper and waited for her to come from the back.
Soon as she saw me she smiled "Mommy!!" She ran into my legs and I bent down to hug her. She's always so excited to see me and I love that she's a mamas girl.
I grabbed her little face and kissed her "I missed you pookie" I cooed as I helped her put her coat and stuff on "I missed you more!" She cheesed showing off her pearly white teeth and dimples.
She really is a copy of me.
"Guess what?" I said and scooped her up so we can leave out
"What?" She raised her eyebrows "Were going out to eat with daddy"
"Now??" She asked and I nodded. She started clapping her hands and I laughed at how excited she was.
