BASIC DETAILS;;
------ Name: Tigress
Sounds a bit aggressive for a RainWing, but tigers can occur in jungly areas, so I suppose it would be possible.

------ Age: Eight or nine, probably the latter
It can never hurt to make your character older.

------ Gender: Female #whoops but as hard as I try I can't see her as a male version with a different name)
Don't worry - there's nothing wrong with female OCs. Sure, there's way more girls than guys, but that doesn't mean it's a huge sin to have one!

------ Sexuality: Questioning, likely bisexual/gray-aro
I like it.

------ Tribe: RainWing
Alrighty.

------ Abilities: She was born without a ruff and lots of tiny scales instead of the typical pattern due to being a premature hatchling, so it's quite easy for her to change her scales into a perfect imitation of any tribe that vaguely resembles a RainWing's body shape.
I don't see that many premature hatchings - this is nice!

She has venom, but prefers to inject it via bite as opposed to shooting it.
Interesting. I like that you added her preference in.

------ Relationship: A series of one-night stands.
Honest and interesting. That's pretty cool.

------ Occupation: At the time her main story takes place, she's assuming the role of a SkyWing soldier. (This will be explained)
I'm intrigued.

PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION;;
------ Appearance: Due to trying to perfectly imitate a SkyWing's appearance, Tigress's scales are fixed in shades of red-orange with a row of scales meticulously changed to fit a SkyWing's dorsal scales running down her back in dark red. Her wings and underbelly are tangerine orange, and her horns and spines are a bit darker than her false back scales.
That must've taken a lot of time to create.

------ Eye Color: Amber.
I don't know if that's possible in RainWings, but it's so minor that I won't worry.

------ Build: Muscular and slender, much like you'd expect from a RainWing.
Not sure about the "muscular" - RainWings strike me personally as slim but unfit - but if she's posing as a SkyWing soldier, it makes sense that she would get a bit of muscle.

A bit tall for her age, but otherwise normal. Tigress's tail is usually held straight like a SkyWing's instead of being curled around itself.
Was it hard for her to break that habit?

------ Notable details: Small scars are scattered across her body, mostly from scrapes in battle than anything else.
This makes sense, since RainWing hide is pretty fragile compared to the other tribes' armoured scales.

PERSONALITY;
------ Strengths: Determined and meticulous (when left to plan for a while). She's not one to make mistakes often; but is capable of making snap decisions and taking calculated risks.
Hmm, she clearly isn't an ordinary RainWing.

------ Flaws: Can be somewhat greedy/a glory-seeker and is more than a little bit of an adrenaline junkie. More than okay than gaining something at somebody else's expense.
These are good.

BACKSTORY;;
------ Pre-Hatching: Much like Tigress, her mother Astatine had many one-night stands, preferring not to settle down with anyone out of sheer defiance and a wish for independence.
Isn't that what most RainWings do? Also, Astatine is a pretty name, although I've never seen a RainWing named after the elements before.
