BASIC DETAILS;;
------ Name: Cerulean.
Nice! It's a pretty colour.
On a side note, apparently this is a canon name - there's a SeaWing prince named Cerulean in the prologue of Talons Of Power (according to the Wiki; I haven't read it yet, so no spoils please).

------ Age: Currently 27 years.
Sweet.

------ Gender: Female.
Still sweet.

------ Sexuality: She is straight... most likely. She seems to find one specific dragoness (romantically) attractive so she is rethinking that.
Nice! I like it. Questioning does exist, kids.
Also this was literally me in 5th grade.

------ Tribe: SeaWing.
I'll admit I have a soft spot for SeaWings. So, nice.

------ Abilities: All of the normal SeaWing abilities.

Relationship Status: Well, she isn't really interested in anyone at the moment, too busy researching and working.
Hmm... interesting. But it's not a bad thing either.

------ Occupation: A wannabe sailer. Right now Cerulean spends her days as a scholar, studying the structures of boats (a task Queen Coral scorns of, since SeaWings are able swimmers). This SeaWing also has a fascination with animus dragons, and loves to study them.
Hmmmmm. If it weren't for her assumed proximity to the Queen (how is the queen involved in her studies, by the way?), I'd say she and my Captain Mesquite would get on pretty well. Aside from the whole ship thing (him being a pirate and whatnot), he used to be a scholar in animus studies.

PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION;;
Cerulean is a dark greenish-blue color you can't really put a name to. Her eyes are the color of stormy seas, a dark grey-blue.
Interesting colour scheme, but I can easily picture it. And it seems to flow together.

She is a bit smaller than normal, but only by an inch or two, and has rounded features that some would say in other words puts her a bit on the plump side.
Hmm... cute, and I like the whole concept of chubby OCs. But this does sound quite a bit like one of the other SeaWings posted earlier in this book. Probably just coincidence, but I just thought I'd point it out to make sure nobody gets things confused.

No scars mark her body, because even when war did occur she spent her days studying or strategizing.
Let's keep this trend of "explaining your character's lack of scars" spinning.

Her tail can't make waves like a normal SeaWing's could, as it thins too early. This was caused by a birth defect, coming from her mother's side, as some of her ancestors were rumored to have similar defects and posses "bad genes".
Once again, sounds a bit similar to Montipora from earlier, but this could once again just be coincidental. I do like this, though; it's minor, but would impair her. And you haven't had any real reason to do such; it's extra unnecessary detail. I love it.

PERSONALITY;;
------ Strengths: Cerulean is extremely bright, which during disagreements causes her to only see the logical side of things and not how the other dragon may be feeling.
So in other words, she's more logical than empathetic. Hmmmm. This approach is one of the less common ones in the fandom, too - so I'll let that pass happily.
