(Y/n's pov)
I watched as my friend trained furiously, he was mad after another argument with his mentor Batman so he was taking his anger out on the training course. He was sweating a lot and he absolutely refused to listen to me or anyone, I sighed as I watched him fight against the training bots. A brilliant idea popped into my mind, as Dick angrily attacked the bots I grabbed a bo staff and swiftly swatted at his feet knocking him onto his back.
"What do you think you're doing (y/n)?!", Dick growled glaring at me with angry blue hues.
I smiled at him as I twirled the staff in between my fingers, I was pretty much like him but I was trained by the League of Assassins before being saved by Batman, except for my electrical quirk no one knew about. I was a master weapon's expert but as if I'd tell Dick that. I smiled as the raven haired teen stood to his feet with an annoyed expression.
"I'll be your opponent, I'm pretty sure I'll be a lot more useful then these robots.", I smiled cheerfully.
He growled before grabbing his boa staff and rushing at me, I dodged it swiftly and danced around him as he continued to angrily attack me. The amount of anger in his eyes was a bit intimidating but I hated seeing him like this, I kinda missed that cute laugh of his and that dorky smile. Dick charged at me once more aiming his staff at my legs, I quickly dodged it and swiped him off his feet. He grunted as his head hit the floor hard, he groaned trying to get up but I kept him down as I straddled his waist. He looked up at me with angry blue eyes as I stared at him completely unamused.
"Get off of me (Y/n), now!", He growled.
I sighed and leaned forward pressing my lips against his, he was pretty stiff at first but eventually he calmed down and relaxed into the kiss. His hands wrapped around my waist as mine wrapped around the back of his neck. When we pulled away he seemed calmer and actually smiled at me as a blush formed over his face, I smiled as I tucked a strand of my (h/c) hair behind my ear.
"Feel better now?", I giggled pressing another kiss against his lips before rolling off of him.
"Yeah...a lot better actually, thanks babe.", Dick sighed as he stood back to his feet.
He smiled seeing me get comfortable on the floor of the training room, we both looked towards the door as it opened to see our green skinned friend Megan. She smiled seeing us and floated over towards us.
"I thought I'd find you both in here. Lunch's ready lets go eat.", she spoke cheerfully.
"You both go one ahead I-I'm gonna head to the showers.", Dick sighed walking out on us and leaving us alone.
I sighed seeing him bottle up his feelings again, Megan squeezed my shoulder reassuringly as we slowly walked out of the training hall. Was I really any help to Dick...or was I only helpful to Robin?
(Dick's pov)
I sighed as I rubbed the water left in my black hair with my towel, honestly I was still mad about what had happened at the Batcave but I was even angrier knowing that I used (y/n) as a venting tool. We had been secretly dating for some time now and I loved every minute but with how I am now could I really protect (Y/n) from my anger any longer. I quietly walked to my room and smiled noticing the tray of food in front of my door. No matter what situation (y/n) would always worry about others before worrying about herself. I quietly ate alone in my room as I continued thinking about something, something I wish I could just forget.
"Lights out rookies, we've got a mission tomorrow!", Black Canary cheered as the rest of The Team started to sleep.
(The Next Day)
"(Y/n) I need you to hack into the security system, shut down all the alarms and shut off the lights.", Aqualad ordered into his communicator.
We could all hear each other's conversations as we started an infiltration on an enemy base, we had to save Kid Flash since he was an idiot and got captured. (Y/n)'s powers allowed her to become digital and hack into any computer base but we made her stay in the airship to make sure she was safe and we needed a getaway driver. I was nervous but just hearing her voice calmed me down.
"You guys are good to go, yo Rob when you see Kid again punch him for me.", (Y/n) joked.
"All right ya evil little hacker, request accepted.", I laughed softly.
We snuck into the headquarters finding Kid Flash rather easily, I quickly unlocked the cage he was in an groaned as he sped past everyone giving us thanks and hugging us. I smiled as I punched him in the arm as he whined about it. We quickly escaped the building assuming that the mission was a success.
"Wait! Didn't that seem a little to easy?", Superboy asked bringing it to everyone's attention.
We all winced at the sudden static in our communicators and groaned in pain at the sudden headaches, I panicked sensing danger and looked up at the sky looking for the airship, it was gone which means (y/n) was in danger!
"Megan can you find (y/n)?", I panicked as I started to overreact and think the worse.
Megan found sensed her nearby but she was in the middle of a fight, we all rushed towards her as quickly as we could. She was fighting one of Black Manta's strongest soldiers and it looked like she was being overpowered.
"(Y/n)!", I screamed accidentally catching her attention.
The soldier took the opportunity to attack her sending her flying towards the cliff of the mountain, I panicked fearing that I was going to lose another of my loved ones for being to weak.
"Don't just stand there idiot.", Kid Flash growled slapping the back of my head and snapping me back to reality, "I'll get her but you need to be my diversion, all of you have to be."
We all went along with the game plan, Superboy, Miss Martian, Aqualad, and I rushed towards the alantian soldier and fought against him as Kid Flash grabbed you.
"He's got her! Everyone fall back!", Aqualad ordered.
I used several of my smoke bombs to throw our enemy off as we booked it to the airship, as soon as everyone was on board we flew back to Mount Justice. I piratically ripped off my mask as I ran to (y/n)'s side, she was unconscious and strange blue markings were all over her body. I was so worried that I started to cry, I was afraid I had lost you since you weren't responding.
"Dude look.", Wally spoke.
Looking down at my unconscious girlfriend I gasped noticing the blue markings disappear, her eyes suddenly opened but shined light blue as the markings vanished completely. Her eyes slowly became their normal (e/c) color as she finally snapped out of her trance.
"Holy cow I'm sore....", she groaned looking around at out shocked expressions, "What? What did I miss?"
I growled lifting up one of my hands to slap you but I couldn't do it, you squeaked as I hugged you tightly, the tears streamed rapidly from my blue eyes as I held you close. Everyone smiled seeing you all right, but you were still oblivious to what had happened. I smiled as I pressed my forehead against yours.
"D-don't you ever scare me like that again you evil little hacker.", I growled as I glared into your eyes.
"Okay okay, understood bird boy...", you smiled.
We both didn't care if the others were here so we just kissed in front of everyone, we ignored their comments as I continued to kiss your soft lips. You were the hacker to my heart and I almost lost myself when I thought I lost you. It was fine though, you were fine and my lips could tell.
