So, I managed to get 5 orbs from completing quests in FE heroes, and used them on one summon in the Female mages banner.
And I got a 5 star Eirika.
And she's got +Spd -Res IVs.
YES NO MORE SELIPH FINALLY!
(My Seliph is +Atk -HP, I got him when he was released and used him ever since because I don't have any other good red units apart from +Atk 4 star Adult Tiki and Lilina.
