94) Dance

Tyler smiled as he received his award. He just placed first in his dance category. He watched as a beautiful girl got awarded her first place medal and trophy. He couldn't take his eyes off of her. He wanted to speak to her but she was too busy talking to the crowd that had surrounded her.

Tyler walked into the rehearsal room, excited to meet his dance partner for the finals.

His partner was standing at the end of the room and he gasped when he saw her. It was the same girl he saw at the last competition.

"Hi I'm Y/N. You're an amazing dancer", she smiled at him as she walked up to him.

"I'm Tyler. Thank you. So are you", he said and she smiled before they waited for the choreographer.

They chatted as they waited and really got along well.

"Hello!", their choreographer said as he walked into the room.

"Oh you two are so lovely! I can't wait to work with you. Let's get cracking", he said and Tyler looked at Y/N before smiling and they started learning the dance.

There was laughs and tears and a lot of sweat as they were taught the dance over the week. Tyler grew to like Y/N a lot and she returned the feelings.

"Okay let's run through the dance one more time", the choreographer says.

They take their starting positions and the song "Thinking out loud" by Ed Sheeran starts playing.

(Dance is similar to the one in the music video)

As the song ends, Tyler catches Y/N in his arms and she slowly slides down his body, keeping eye contact the whole time. Tyler's heart was racing so fast as they were looking at each other.

"You two are perfect together", the choreographer said.

Y/N smiled at Tyler before they let go of each other. The choreographer left the studio as Tyler and Y/N packed up.

"Are you ready for the competition?", Tyler asks.

"I'm a bit nervous actually. It's the biggest competition", she admits.

"We're going to be great", Tyler says and walks over to her. He wraps his arms around her and she smiles into the hug.

The door opening interrupts them and they pull apart to see Tyler's ex looking at them. Her dance partner is behind her.

"Well look like you two have become very friendly", she smirks at them. Y/N rolls her eyes as Tyler looks at his ex who is the competition.

"Are you using this room?", Tyler asks and she nods smirking at him even more.

"Then we'll leave", Tyler says and grabs Y/Ns hand. Y/N blushes at the contact but squeezes his hand as they walk out the room. Just as Y/N walks past, Tyler's ex sticks out her foot and trips her. Y/N falls to the ground and groans in pain. Tyler leans over and looks at her ankle which is twisted.

"Are you okay?", he asks in a rushed tone.

"It's really hurting", she groans.

"What the hell was that for?!", Tyler asks his ex.

"What? She walked into my foot", she shrugs.
