The group originally debuted in 2014 as K-Much. Loki left the group in late 2014 to pursue an acting career so the group continued as 4 members. They later re-debuted as Be.A with changes to their music style and rapper BomB joined the group as the 5th member. The new group name was decided through a poll on Makestar prior to their re-debut. Their new name is an acronym for 'Be Artists'.
