Part 14: Beach Date

Guys, my hands are literally cramping from typing this chapter so fast. Before I start, I'd like to thank RavenWars for giving me the idea for this chapter. Also, this will be the final update before the book goes on hold for a while. Ok try to make this one kind of long! Enjoy!
~*~*~Time Skip To June~*~*~

3rd Person POV: After Christmas, Dipper and Bill never really had the time to spend time with each other. They had exchanged conversation, and spent a little bit of time with each other late at night, but other than that, they hadn't had much time to themselves.

And Bill wanted to change that.

He had wanted to take Dipper out to Dinner many times, but Dipper simply just didn't have the time. It's not like he hadn't wanted to, but he was busy.

So, Bill did something about it.

He talked to Stan about letting Dipper off work for a week or so, so Bill could take him somewhere. Stan agreed, and it was to take place later on in June.

"Pinetree, come on. Pack your bag." Bill said. "What? Why?" Dipper asked, not knowing that Bill had been planing a weekend vacation for the two.

"We're going on vacation!" Bill happily said. "What? Bill, you know I have to work." Dipper said. "Uh, no you don't. I worked a few things obtain the old man, I've got you covered." Bill exclaimed.

Dipper's POV: Bill wrapped a blindfold around my head, and made sure I couldn't see anything before dragging me out to the car. He had packed everything for me and was loading things into the car when I asked him where we were going.

He wouldn't tell me, of course, but I was determined to find out.

We drove for what seemed to be an eternity before we finally got to our destination. Bill hopped out of the car and opened the door for me, making sure that I still couldn't see out of the blindfold.

"Can you please take this thing off of me now?" I asked.

"Ready Pinetree?" He asked.

"Yes, just hurry up already!"

"Okay..." Bill slowly pulled the blindfold off, and what I saw was completely unexpected.

We were at some kind of beach. The waves were gently crashing against the shore, making wet marks on the sand. There was a beach towel laid out with what looked like food on top of it.

But what was weird was that me and Bill seemed to be the only ones here.

"Bill, this is...amazing!" I said.

"You really like it?" Bill said, seeming surprised.

"I love it!" I said. And I wasn't lying.

Me and Bill spent the rest of the day swimming around in the ocean, and by the time it became dark out we were both exhausted.

"I booked us a hotel room not far from here." Bill said, as we climbed into the car and drove off.

"Thank God. I'm so tired." I said, as I laid my head back against the seat.

I must have fallen asleep on the ride to the hotel because the next thing just knew, Bill was tugging my hair to try and get me to wake up.

"Hey, don't do that!" I said.

Bill giggled. "Sorry." He said with a smile.

We walked up to our hotel room, which was actually really nice. It had a kitchen, a living room, a bedroom with a king size bed, and a balcony that gave us an amazing view of the beach.

"Bill, why did you take here?" I asked.
Oh don't know, I guess just because it seemed like we needed to have some time with just us, ya know?" He said.

"Yeah, I guess you're right."

Bill leaned in closer to me. "I love you, Pinetree." He said.

"I love you too, Bill."

Phew! 645 words! My hands hurt, guys. Anyways, this will be the last chapter for a while. The reason I'm putting this on hold is because I need more ideas, and inspiration for this book. I'm not sure where I want this story to end yet, or how. I just need to get my thoughts together before this goes any further. Anyways, thanks for voting and all of your support! I love you all!!!
