Before I get into this Jason Todd x Reader, I need to clear something out of the atmosphere right now. I get that my style of writing may not be your favorite style of writing, and that's fine, but don't go continuously reaching to point out little things in my writing. It's really irritating, and I hate to be that one, but if you're pointing out mistakes in other people's books and you have mistakes in your own, that's very hypocritical. It's also hypocritical to talk about my books when yours are not even comic book accurate, so yeah. These people know who I'm talking about, but I'm not going to let y'all tear me down because my future's already bright. For those of you that have been supportive since I first got on Wattpad, you mean the world to me, and I appreciate each and every one of you. Giving feedback or effective criticism is different than belittling someone.

   Y/N'S POV

Right now, I was sitting in Dad's lap. Dad did not seem to care that much, and I smiled. Normally, he would have tried to push me off by now. What was taking Jason so long to get back?
After what happened with the whole Arkham Knight situation, Jason was depressed all the time. Jason had the right to be depressed, but he just had been holding in that anger for so long. I guess he had to let it out. I was not agreeing with what Jason had done, but to him, it was the only way to get Dad's attention and to let him know that he was back.

Dad kissed my cheek and gently pushed me up saying,"I am sorry, honey. I would love to spend time with you all day, but I have to go meet Commissioner Gordon."

I was already comfortable, so I whined saying,"Noooooo!! Daddy come back!! BATMAN!!"

Dad chuckled and jogged up the stairs. I pouted and rolled my eyes, walking around the Batcave. Dad kept a lot of important stuff down here, but I had no idea what the story was behind most of the stuff down here. I was really afraid to ask, but maybe I would have the courage to ask one day. It was getting later now, and I really needed Jason to show up soon. If he didn't, I would go looking for him.

I stopped in front of the Red Hood suit and felt someone behind me.

I chuckled saying,"Jay, where have you been? You were not making me wait even longer on purpose, were you?"

I turned around, and sure enough Jason was standing there. Jason chuckled, too, but I noticed something different in his eyes. Oh no, I knew that look.

I frowned and held his face saying,"Jase, what is going on? If this is about what happened, you do not-"

Jason shook his head and pulled me close. He put his forehead on mine and intertwined his fingers with mine.

Jason looked down at our hands, while he sighed saying,"I am sorry for putting you through all that, Y/N. I did not realize that you would get caught up in the crossfire, too, and I know you will never love me again. I killed all those people and even turned on Bruce. I understand if you want to leave me. I will-"

I cut Jason off by kissing him hard. Jason kissed back and brought me closer, before I let him decide when to let go.

Jason slowly pulled away and pecked my lips saying,"I love you, Y/N. Thank you for giving me another chance. I...I should probably go change. Here."

Jason held out his hand, before I smiled, and Jason led me up the stairs. Dad looked at our hands and scrunched up his nose.

I giggled, while Jason rolled his eyes saying,"Bruce, I am just holding her hand. Get a grip, old man."

I giggled again, and Jason smiled.

Jason nudged me saying,"Your giggle is so adorable. I am having a hard time not kissing you right now."

Dad got in between us saying,"I will fix that. Jason, go and get changed. Baby, don't you dare follow him. Y/N..."

Jason kissed my forehead, before he jogged up the stairs. I smiled as I watched Jason go, because Jason was feeling better already. I knew it would take some time for his wound to heal, but I was willing to help him through this. To guide him and lead him in the right direction.

Dad probably recognized my thinking face and smiled saying,"Thinking about Jason, aren't we? Darling, it is all right. Jason will need you, and I know you are going to be there for him. Go and talk to him, baby. Go."

I smiled and gave Dad a kiss, before I jogged up the stairs and found Jason in his old room.

I gently put my hand on Jason's shoulder softly saying,"Jase?"

When Jason looked at me, I could tell that he was not okay. Not even a minute later, there were tears in Jason's eyes. I frowned and made him look at me.

I stroked Jason's cheek slowly saying,"Baby, please do not cry. I understand why you are upset, but I will not love you any less. Baby, I need you, too, and I would never leave you to handle these problems on your own. Jase, I forgive you for whatever you have done, but that is the past. We all make mistakes, and I think it is time you noticed that not everything you have done is for the worse."

I laid Jason down, before I rested my head on top of his chest. Jason wrapped his arms around me and held me tighter. I kissed his jaw and held on, until I felt him relax.

I pushed his hair out his face saying,"You deserve me, darling, and I will always be here to comfort you. You are my whole world, and that will never change. I love you, Jason Peter Todd, so much."

Jason sniffed and smiled weakly at me saying,"I love you, too, babe. You do not know how much that meant to me. I am so lucky to have you, Y/N. Can I have another hug?"

I awwed at Jason, before he chuckled and pushed me over. I pushed him back, then I hugged Jason's waist. Jason hugged back and placed kisses all over my face. I giggled and smiled, enjoying the affection Jason was giving me right now. I looked up and blushed as Jason stared at me. He smiled and leaned in slowly. I smiled and leaned in, too.

Jason's lips were about to meet mine, until I heard a familiar voice yell,"JASON!!"

I yelped and ended up falling off the bed. Luckily, Jason caught me and checked me over. I kissed Jason's cheek and ignored Dad's look. Jason chuckled and kissed me passionately. I kissed Jason back and wrapped my arms around his neck.

Jason pulled away from the kiss and just smiled at me saying,"Princess, I love you."

I pecked Jason's lips and ran my fingers through his hair saying,"I love you, too, Jason."

Jason smirked and pulled me back in. I giggled at Dad's facial expression, yet I focused back on Jason.
