   Y/N'S POV

Lex and I have gotten very serious, since you last heard from me. I no longer worked for Mr. Wayne, which I missed at times, but I also enjoyed working here. I never found it to be boring. There was always something going on.
Speaking of Lex, I could not wait until he returned from his meeting. I missed him a ton, and Lex knew I hated it when he took longer than expected. I smiled when I spotted him walking into his office. I got up and ran into his office. I stopped for a second and sent Lex a look of disappointment.

Lex frowned and casually said,"What's wrong, beautiful? I promised I would come back, didn't I?"

I nodded but sighed dramatically saying,"You did, Lex, but that was hours ago. I was so worried about you, and you are acting like it is-"

Lex cut me off by putting his lips on mine.

I kissed back and brought him closer, before he pulled away saying,"It is nothing, I know. I am sorry, my love, but I have just been busy working on how to stop Superman. This could be it!! I can finally stop that disgrace of a hero from ever walking this planet again!!"

Tears formed in my eyes, which made Lex upset.

He held my face saying,"Darling, what's wrong?"

I looked down and cried saying,"You do not have time for me anymore. You are always out in meetings or press conferences, and I never get to be a part of them with you. I get stuck here, and then I feel far away from you. I do not like feeling that way. Lex, I...I love you."

Lex sighed and tried to wipe my tears, but I moved my face. I closed my eyes and continued to let my tears fall. I felt him wrap his arms around me, and I broke down. I put my hands over his arms, while Lex comforted me.

He then said to me,"Y/N, come with me."

I wiped my face, before Lex led me towards his dad's old room. Lex motioned for me to sit, and I gladly obeyed.
He gently kissed my cheek, then he ran to go get something. I looked around, and I could tell just how much Lex missed his father.

He never moved anything inside this room, and that was a sign that something was up. That something was his father. Sometimes it made you feel like they were still here, if you kept some of their traditions and antiques the same.
I did that after what happened with my aunt, even though I knew she would always be with me no matter what. I wiped away the tears that did fall, before Lex walked into the room.

He held out a cup of water and said,"Here, I got this for you. Darling, I promise I did not do anything to it. You think so little of me."

I chuckled, but I gently took the cup from Luthor. I drunk some, before I noticed Lex putting his hands on my shoulders. Lex began to massage them, and I immediately leaned into his touch.

He kissed my hand and said,"Relax. Everything will be fine."

I nodded and looked up, only for my eyes to meet Luthor's. Lex sent me a wink, before he leaned down and kissed me slowly. I kissed back and ran my fingers through his curls.

Lex slowly pulled away and put his forehead on mine saying,"Easy, love, I am not going anywhere. I love you, Y/N."

I smiled and kissed his nose saying,"I love you, too, Luthor. I love you, too. Someone is calling you. I should-"

Lex squeezed my side, and I jumped away from him. I pouted and pushed him to the floor. Lex got up and put me over his shoulder, before he sat me down in one of his office chairs.
Once he found a chair, Lex held me up and sat me down in his lap. I smiled and leaned on his chest, while Lex placed a sweet and gentle kiss on my hand.

I smiled and kissed his cheek saying,"You know, Luthor you might not be that bad. I thought you were going to be a jerk, but I was wrong. You are the complete opposite. That was a compliment, by the way. I do not care what everyone else thinks. I will always be with you. I love you, Luthor."

Lex smiled back and kissed me slowly saying,"I love you, too, my love. Thank you for the compliment. I do not care what everyone else thinks about us neither. You are amazing, and I need you around. We work well together."

I smiled and said,"We do work well together."
