   KATRINA'S POV

  Me? I had always been the type of girl that loved to rock out, have fun, and dress punctual. Something else that had been a part of me for a long time was my feelings for Jason Todd, the Arkham Knight and the Red Hood. Jason was a mystery to many people, but he was no mystery to me. He was my go-to when I needed someone that I could trust.

  This evening, I invited him over to my house. And Jason, he gladly accepted my invitation. As I lazily hung over the couch, two hands covered my eyes.

  I laughed and said,"I wonder who this is...Is it the Dark knight himself or just Robin? Seeing Robin is not as good as seeing Batman."

  Jason moved his hands back and smirked down at me. I smiled and turned the other way on the sofa. He sat down and wrapped his arms around me, letting me lean into him.

  Jason asked me,"What did you call me for?"

  I smiled saying,"I just wanted to hang out."

  Jason smiled back saying,"Okay."

  Jason and I decided to watch movies. I made him watch Monsters, Inc. I was always one for Disney movies, even though rock music was my thing. I sighed and cried at the part where Boo had to leave. It got me every time.

  Jason held me closer, and I started to fall asleep on him.

  He carried me to my room and kissed my forehead saying,"Good night, Katrina."

  I took his hand and said,"Stay?"

  Jason nodded and got in with me. He gently placed my head on his lap, and I played with his fingers. When I heard thunder outside, I flinched immediately.

  Jason noticed and softly said,"It's okay. I've got you."

  I snuggled closer to him, and he said,"I love you, Katrina."

  I went to tell Jason how I felt, but I hesitated. I didn't know whether I wanted him to know anything yet. What if he just said that, trying to be a good best friend to me? But what if he meant it the way I wanted him to mean it?

  Jason saw my hesitation and said,"Kat, there's no reason to be afraid. I want to be more than your best friend. I want to be your boyfriend. It's okay if you don't feel the same, I can take it."

  I looked him in the eyes saying,"I want to be your girlfriend, and I love you, too. I know you'll probably have to go, but can you just stay for a couple more minutes?"

  "Of course."
