Reader's pov
I stood away from everypony, I hated them all, I wanted them to die! No, not just die, I wanted to be the one to kill them all! It would be so easy, so.... Fun. I smirked to myself and trotted away, I went to my house, it was an old, abandoned, burnt down house that was hidden in the everfree forest. That's why I like it, nopony would bother coming here, so I could easily hide bodies around my own home! There was still a few bodies here and there, but their old. I want new ones! I've killed lots of ponys from ponyville, time to actually move out. I'll go to the place with a ton of 'love' and 'harmony', the Crystal Empire.... I took the train, and whoever dared come near me I stabbed them and tossed their body off the train, and I made sure there was no witnesses. When the train stopped there was only about six other ponys getting off the train. I got off, only to see the sparkling light of the Crystal empire, ponys were walking around talking, smiling, and laughing. This place made me sick! Everypony here deserves to drop dead! And I'll be the one to make that happen, starting with the princess... I walked over to the castle with my knife hidden, but before I could enter two crystal guards stopped me,"Hault! Who goes there?!" One hissed,"Me, and I wanna talk with the princess." I answered, a little annoyed they stopped me,"State your name!" The other guard hissed, pointing a spear at me, I used my hoof to grab it and push it to the ground,"Yeah, no. I don't give out that information." I scoffed,"Than no entering the castle!" The first guard snapped,"Fine, it's (N/N) (N/N = nickname)." I huffed,"Very well, (N/N), you're allowed in. But you will not roam alone, a guard shall be escorting you." The same guard growled, they let me in the castle. There was a guard already waiting for me, he led me to the Crystal thrown room. There the princess and the prince sat, the princess seemed to be getting a little more tubby, most likely because she's pregnant, everypony was heard about the rumor of their child. So killing her counts as a two in one kill!"This mare/stallion wants to speak with you, princess." The guard bowed in respect, how revolting! "Very well, leave us, we shall call you again if we need anything." Shining armer ordered, the guard listened and left,"Now, what is it you wish to speak about?" Princess Cadence asked in a calm and kind voice,"I wish to speak about my worries of the return of king Sombra." I lied and faked a bow,"Hey, if your worrying about that then you can calm down. Our guards are on patrol day and night, besides, there hasn't been a single sign of his return." Shining armor replied confidentiality,"No, there has been. Haven't you noticed the constant snow storms over the horizon of the Crystal empire? And the Crystals closest to it getting a black tint to it? I can't tell if it's just me noticing it but I seen a dark figure in the snow storm countless times!" I wasn't lieing, but I pretended to care about it, they bought it,"Very well, (N/N). My guards and I will check around those parts." Shining armor said, I dipped my head in a fake thanks and smirked,"But you shall lead us." Shining armor added,"What?" I asked, my smirk vanished completely. "Since you're the first to noticed these things, you'll lead the patrol and I to where the occurrences are happening." Shining armor explained, I stayed silent, Shining armor walked past me but stopped,"Come, (N/N)." Shining armor ordered, without saying anything I followed Shining armor outside, ten guards were waiting for us. Shining armor whispered something to one of them, they nodded and Shining armor went back inside the castle. "Lead the way, (N/N)." One guard ordered,"I believe we should wait for Shining armor." I protested,"He said to go on without him. Now go!" The guard hissed, I growled and started walking in the direction of the horizon I was talking about. Right when we got there a snow storm started, the guards had a hard time seeing things while I see things perfectly. I smirked and grabbed my knife, if one guard screams, everypony else will blame king Sombra. This is too good! In a few swings of my knife the ten guards were dead on the ground, their blood painted the once pure white snow. I washed off the blood on my coat, hooves, and finally my knife. I always love the feeling I get when I kill somepony! I started to walk in the direction I came from, I soon seen the Crystal empire. But before I could even step onto the green grass something grabbed my hind leg and dragged me back into the snow storm,"Where do you think you're going, (Y/N)?" Somepony chuckled, I spun around, and seen king Sombra! "What do you want, Sombra? And how do you know my name?!" I hissed,"I don't want anything, and I know a lot about you, (Y/N). I know you hate everypony, you don't just want everypony dead, you want to be the one that kills them all. I know where you live, about all the ponys you have killed, and all the bodies you have barried and hidden around your house." Sombra answered while he was circling around me,"So what?" I huffed,"So what? I want you to join me! You are the only pony that even noticed my signs, and you share the same desire to rule and kill things as I. So together we could rule all equestria! Deal?" Sombra offered, he held out his hoof, I thought for a moment. I took his hoof,"Deal." I smirked, he smirked back,"Now, lets start with the Crystal empire.~" Sombra chuckled....
