"Now are you sure you're okay to go to the party?" Larry raised an eyebrow as he stood up from putting on his shoes when Sarah walked in. He was wearing a red shirt under a black suit jacket and matching black trousers. His wife on the other hand had opted to wear a long blue dress that had a flowing skirt to try and hide her small baby bump of two months. "The waiting staff aren't exactly going to be happy if you throw up in the middle of the party," he smirked, just jokingly teasing the woman he was married to. The woman carrying his child.

"Larry stop I have been pregnant before remember? So stop it," Sarah remarked, light-heartedly rolling her eyes as she tried not to laugh at her husband's words.

"Now that I think about it, the aroma of sickness would make for quite the interesting New Year's Eve kiss," Larry couldn't help but add, pushing his glasses closer to his eyes with a smirk gracing his lips. Which made Sarah playfully pout in response.

"Well it's a good thing I don't intend on kissing you tonight then isn't it?" Sarah laughed and put on her long coat and gloves, heading towards the door of their apartment. The apartment they were getting ready to move out of in a few week's time.  "Not that you'd mind. You're going to be admiring and dancing with Ally all night," she smirked, teasing Larry right back a hand gently resting on her small baby bump.

"Yeah, it's going to be great," Larry smiled fondly, taking a few moments to realise what Sarah just said to him. He had been looking forward to this party with Ally. It was New Year's Eve, and Larry was determined to be there for Ally from that moment on. He loved her and couldn't lose her again. Even if he was married to someone else. Complicated couldn't begin to describe the life of Larry Paul. Suddenly a frown crossed his features, holding the front door of apartment as he let Sarah leave first. "Wait. What? So who exactly do you intend on kissing?" he asked with concern.

"Oh I don't know let me think..hmm... maybe the new guy at Cage&Fish.. you know, Eric Jones," Sarah winked, speaking of the new lawyer who had been hired by the firm. Just wanting to see her husband's reaction and laughed at his surprised expression. "Come on, Larry. Like I said I'm pregnant, I'm not going to kiss some guy I just met," she wasn't like that at all.

"Eric Jones? I think I might have to keep an eye on him," Larry commented jokingly as he got into the driver's seat, Sarah getting in the front passenger seat.

"Oh God... Larry don't, he's a nice guy, leave him alone," Sarah laughed, putting a hand on Larry's shoulder as her husband drove towards where the party was being held.

Larry raised an eyebrow. He just loved teasing his wife, her reactions to his jokes were always quite amusing. But in his mind, he couldn't help but think that Sarah wasn't Ally. Sure he was married to Sarah, but his heart belonged to Ally.. "A nice guy? Sounds like Sarah Paul has a crush."

"Larry. It's the hormones, trust me," Sarah responded in an insistent manner.

"Of course it is."

"Wow, you really dress up well Ally, you out to impress someone tonight?" Renee smirked as she saw her best friend and soon to be former roommate walking into the restaurant that Richard had hired out for the New Year's party. But no one except Larry knew exactly what the founder of the law firm was planning.

Ally rolled her eyes with a small smile on her expression at the compliment from her best friend and chuckled. "Renee, this party is also a date for me and Larry, I have to make some effort," she remarked before worry graced her features at her own words as she looked down to what she was wearing. Ally had chosen a long dark blue dress that went over one shoulder and a cute silver pendant necklace to accompany her dress along with white heeled shoes. She even had her naturally curly blonde hair tied in a high ponytail. Well she did want to look her best for her boyfriend. But was this trying too hard. "Do you think it's too much? I don't want Larry to think I'm desperate for him," she expressed with concern. Even though she was, she didn't want Larry to know that because she would never be able to live it down.
