Today was the day the we release our new album called "Joy &' Pain".
Throughout these couple of months everything has been going well for us. I've recently just sign shoe deal with Puma, Beyoncé just recently put ou her clothing line with our Auntie called House of Dereon. Nicki &' Rihanna got out new fragrances through a deal with Macy's &' surprisingly Harlee opened his own shelter &' restaurant for homeless people in Georgia. He plans to build one in Cali soon. Jay has pursued his second dream in acting school, &' the rest decided to chill for awhile 'til they find something to get into which is totally fine with us.
It was a lot of venting through out this album between me &' Derian. Just like me Derian lost the love of his life back in March. You wouldn't know too much about him, he's very laid back, quiet most of the time around other people, he's very mysterious but he's solid as a rock but I honestly feel like because of what happened he's broken, I can see it in his eyes so because of the tragedy, I find myself getting closer to him more than usual.
While everybody else were talking about the album release party, he was by hisself dazing out the window. I grabbed his hand, getting his attention.
"Wassup Lo?"
"You okay?" He nodded his head. "Just thinking 'bout stuff honestly." I nodded my head as we continue to ride to the party.
"Yo, we not at the party yet &' you already sipping on dranks!" Shawn laughed at Jay &' Zaire.
"Shit, fuck that this is a pre celebration of getting the fuck away from Tomica ass!" Everybody cheered on as Jay being to pour a cup of Hennessy for everybody.
Before I got my cup, Jayden slapped my hand down. "Aht, I'm gon make a special one just for you."
I rolled my eyes, "Jay, I don't need to get any more drunker than what ima going to be at the party. I'm not even getting drunk at all."
Nicki kissed her teeth, "Girl, you need to! It's been a while since you let loose, how long it's been? Since '93?!"
Beyoncé smirked at me. "Drink, Drink, Drink!" Everybody in the car started to chant with her, getting every nerve in my body excited. It has been a while.
I looked back at Derian. "I'll only do it if Derian do it too."
"Don't worry I made a cup for his ass too!" Derian shook his smiling as he got the mixture of alcohol in a medium cup from Jay.
