This is what they want to change in the world.

MacCready
MacCready wants to send Duncan to school with full confidence that he'll come back home alive. He's afraid he'll receive news that a gun was brought in school because the school had a weak ass security system, allowing many young, bright students to be murdered before their time.

Hancock
Hancock would have given Diamond City a good mayor/president. Maybe one that would focus less on the wall and kicking out people he thought didn't belong because he stereotyped everyone he kicked out as bad.

Nick
Nick would want everyone to be more accepting and understanding of people, but at the same time, he knows that being cautious can save lives.

Deacon
Deacon just wishes people weren't idiots. He wishes people understood that synths had feelings, and he wishes people would understand some of his old book references and jokes. People's stupidity annoys him.

X6-88
He would have wanted the entire surface to be obliterated, and everyone and everything be one with the Institute, despite the fact that it would put him out of a job.

Preston
He would have Raiders disappear. He isn't a fan of bloodshed, but at the same time, it would be a good step in rebuilding society.

Sturges
Sturges is a simple guy, and just wished that people had access to some form of transportation, whether everyone used car, or molecular relay.

Gage
Gage would have changed the way he was raised. He was raised good, so he wanted to be bad. He thinks that if he was raised bad, he might have wanted to be good. He chuckled and said that maybe he'd have had both eyes, too.

Travis
Travis wished people could love who they loved without being seen differently. They are accepted in society, but it is noticeable how they are treated differently.

Danse
Danse would have made himself human rather than synth. That way he wouldn't have been a disappointment to his brothers and sisters of the brotherhood, and he would've been able to continue doing what he loves.

Maxson
He would exterminate all synths and ghouls. He would wipe them from the planet so "human" beings could take back what's theirs. Because according to him, ghouls aren't human just because they look different, so he thinks he has the right to strip them of their land.

Codsworth
He just wants people to pick up after themselves. The world is already ruined, so people think dropping a piece of plastic won't change anything. It's building up worse and worse and it just ruffles his feathers.

Butch
Butch would change the way parenting was in the Wasteland. He'd wish for every kid to have a home, or just anywhere they feel like they belong. He'd wish for no child to undergo abuse, and if one is, he wished people would stand up against it.

Gob
Gob would want everyone to be happy. He knows there are people with mental illnesses and distraught, and he would want to wash those away and have everyone be happy with their surroundings, and with themselves.

Charon
Charon didn't know. He thought about it for a while before shrugging and saying that he wished he met you under different circumstances.

Arcade
Arcade would want people to have the proper healthcare they deserve. He hates the idea of people being forced to pay for medical treatment when he knows it should be free, especially since thy started making their own stimpaks.

Boone
Boone would wipe the Mojave clean of the dirt that the Legion cause on it. He has a deep hatred for them, and would rather them be gone.

Raul
He would get rid of any remaining machines. Protectrons and Assaultrons only ever cause trouble, and he thinks that their parts could be better used elsewhere.

Benny
Benny would want some of the guard around Vegas to stop gunning down certain people who have one specific trait and gender in common just because that group has been stereotyped as "dangerous".

Swank
He wished people would stop competing. He isn't sure why the Tops has to be better than the White Gloves, and doesn't know why they all can't run their businesses in peace.

Dean
Dean would have women and men know when their relationships have taken a wrong turn and become toxic, and give them the strength they need to know when to cut things off.

Yes Man
Yes Man would see to it that abortions were an available option. He understood what kind of a place the Mojave was, and understood how it's citizens acted, and that women were sometimes forced to give birth to children they never asked for, nor wanted. Most of those women end up as single mothers, too.

Victor
Victor wished men wouldn't blame women for getting assaulted because they exposed their shoulder or leg. He thinks men can control themselves, and if they can't, they're better off locked away.

Ten of Spades
He wished the NCR wouldn't tax people. Some people don't have the caps to pay the tax, and are forced to be taken into custody, or join them. He hates it.

Vulpes
He would change the Legion's ranks a bit. He would have had the first battle of the Dam won, and Joshua Graham lashed to a cross anyways.

Joshua
He wouldn't change his past, because of all it taught him. He would want the White Legs to leave and never return, and have Zion return to the peace it once had.

Follows-Chalk
In his eyes, his world is almost perfect. He doesn't even wish death on the White Legs, he just wants them to realize that they're all the same species, and that killing is less effective than negotiating.

Ulysses
Ulysses wouldn't change a thing. Everything has led him to you, and he think that every second of history is important, and that something can be gained from it.

Dr. O
He wishes elders were more understanding. The same old guys that call his generation "sensitive", get offended when a 16 year old has an opinion.

Dr. Klein
He wished science was more appreciated. Engineers and doctors are give so much credit, yet the scientist that invented vaccines and power tools are never spoken of.

Dr. Mobius
He just wants people to vaccinate their children. He understands religion can get in the way, and doesn't push that, but he wishes people would get listen to him an get vaccinated instead of coming crying to him because of a game of "Marco? Polio."
