i really don't thank my sister enough for these ponytails on my head. yep, i still have them on. they help me so much. they make me feel so comfortable in my own skin. i just feel so good not wanting to hurt myself. there are of course times when i have to take them off (sleeping) and that hurts and i touch my scars too much, but i'll get over that.
